We liked this hotel very much. It was a bit bigger than most 3-star hotel rooms in Japan and it was organized in a way that made it comfortable for our 4-night stay. The location is not right next to the most touristy part of Yokohama (the waterfront area) but it was near a rail station and a metro station. The waterfront area is some 20-25 minutes away on foot, so we mostly walked there. In addition, there is a very walkable street with no car traffic that is one block away from the hotel and has a great choice of local restaurants and shops. We had some really great meals there at really good prices.

The breakfast is in a cafe (so not run by the hotel) downstairs. The hotel gives you 1300 yen breakfast vouchers per person, if your reservation includes breakfast. The cafe serves mostly Western style food and we found the selection to be limited for our style of eating (we love healthy foods like vegetables and dark breads). While visiting Japan we prefer to eat Japanese style breakfasts since we can eat Western food at home. Other guests, including Japanese guests, may feel differently about it. If I would go there again, I would not pay for the breakfast at the hotel but go out and find a nice meal of my choice in one of the many restaurants nearby. 1300 yen buys a nice breakfast in this area.

Must stay here for 7 days. The accommodation is located near the train station, convenient for traveling to Tokyo. The bottom of the hotel is next to an affordable restaurant (Saizeriya) and convenience store. Opposite, there is an e-scooter called Luup for rent, you can ride around the city. The room is quite small, I stay for two people with big bags. It's quite difficult to open it. Facilities include free ice and a washing machine is available.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good value, comfortable enough room if a little small (but that is common in Japan) good location for for the start of our trip not too far from Haneda airport, lots of places to eat around.

Room a bit on the small side and cupboards or wardrobe to store anything. But that is quite common in Japan.

The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minutes of walking from train/subway station, and near by food outlets. The room is comparatively larger than most similar hotels in the area. Good breakfast with variety of choices.

Room was non-smoking, with air purifier/humidifier, Network port in addition to Wi-fi, Network cable 5e, multiple connectors phone charger. Convenient location to Kannai stn, Chinatown, Koreatown, Yokohama stadium and more.

In general, japanese hotel room sizes are smaller than in US or TH.

My wife and kids loved everything about the hotel. It was really nice no complaints. Room# 801 and my kids had 823 Breakfast was nice in the cafe.

Disappointed that the breakfast buffet supplied by the Hotel had ended. The alternative (Komeda Cafe) was adequate.

Friendly staff and house keeping were so nice. Good location.

Just needs USB in rooms and maybe an English channel on TV.

I like the friendliness of the staff. This is my first trip to Japan, so I was a little overwhelmed. However, they were very kind and helpful.

There was only one pillow in the room, which was a little uncomfortable. There was a TV, but none of the channels worked.

Very quiet and clean. Location was perfect. I will definitely use this hotel for the next time.
