- It's a fairly modern hotel. It has everything you need for a long term stay. This is my second time staying here. - The rooms are quite large for Japan. They're very clean and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. If you get a room on one of the higher floors, you get a pretty good view of Yokohama. - Laundry machines are very modern and work well, though a little on the pricey side. - The subway station is right outside the hotel, so it's easy to get places. Many of the major attractions are in walking distance of the hotel. Chinatown is right next door, Korea Town is a little to the north, the shopping street in Motomachi is a 10-15 minute walk to the east (and the Harbour View Park Observatory with incredible views of Yokohama just up the hill), and many beautiful gardens in the area. - There's a Lawson's just outside, and a 7-11 not far away. - Staff are friendly and helpful. - It's very cheap for what you get. One of the best value hotels I've stayed in while in Japan. Yokohama doesn't attract as many tourists as Tokyo next door, so it's cheaper.

- The hotel is on the edge of a red light district. There are often some dubious looking people walking around outside of the hotel. I suspect this one of the other reasons why it's so cheap to stay here. Having said that, it's beyond the hotel's control and the people outside don't really bother anyone. - There's a smokey smell around the hotel. There are smoking rooms, so it infuses into the surrounds. Having said that, the smell isn't present in the rooms themselves (the non-smoking rooms).

Location is great. Short Walking distance to isezaki-cho mall shopping street and the lift from isezaki chojamachi metro station is just in front of the hotel. During winter, central air conditioning became a heater, hotel provided fans as option if it's too hot ( we should have asked earlier). Quiet neighbourhood, peaceful park below hotel but still close to nightlife and izakayas. There's a Maruetsu super market and donki quijote within short Walking distance and many convenience stores around.

Cigarette smell in lift as guests use smoking corner near hotel lobby and the smell lingers on their clothing as they enter the lift. Some sort of freshener and better ventilation would be great. Breakfast variety could be better. E.g. breakfast cereal/oats.

Was a great stay, good size room fit all our cases with no issues (2 large and 2 small) Great selection of amenities and staff were polite and helpful and even helped us transfer our luggage to our next hotel which we are so grateful for. There is a Lawson (convenience store) on the bottom floor which was amazing Vending machine in the hallway and staff even let me borrow a hair iron as I had left mine at home :)

No fan in the bathroom so it gets very stuffy in there while showering or taking a bath but it is a small issue and overall great stay.

Overall enjoyed my stay. Great location and busy walking street very close by. Handy having a Lawson on the ground floor also.

One staff member I found to be a little rude. Upon check out we enquired about a luggage transfer. The woman we spoke to told us they don’t do that when they do. Then said you have to pay!! Which is obvious but her attitude was surprising. After which decided to just leave and carry our bags to next hotel. Though the other staff members we dealt with prior were nice and very helpful.

It was pretty clean and the amenities at the entrance were fantastic. They even give drip coffee bags. There is a konbini conveniently located ont the premises too. It is very conveniently located right outside a subway station too.

The room was a bit old looking, but that is seemingly par for the course in Japan.

Absolutely amazing view of the city and absolutely amazing value. Very close to a lot of interesting places to visit in Yokohama. Konbini directly underneath. Laundry shop next door. Nightlife closeby. Train directly in front. Bus quick walk distance.

There might've been something wrong with the aircon, but the aircon has only three options - low, medium and high. And I was still sweating on high. And it was winter.

Front staff was very friendly and they had free ammenities in the lobby to take as needed. The location was pretty good and easily walkable to many tourist sights. Good hot shower.

Rooms were a little bit out of date and the smoke smell was very strong. Bed was not very comfortable.

The price was worth it. The check in & out process is very easy, all just by touching the monitor. The building seems old but is very nice and spacious. There is a Lowson under the hotel building, access to the subway station is very close. Very satisfied to stay here and if I have a vacation in Yokohama again I highly recommend this place 👍🏻🥰

Location was nice, right outside the subway station so easy to get to locations. Nearby area is quiet, on the bottom floor there is a Lawson for convivence.

Room was tiny, bit tight for 2 travelers with 2 large suitcases (double room), only one washing machine so luck of the draw with that.

Location close to subway and restaurants

The room was far to hot we had terrible sleep, there was no way to control the room temp in the room. That was the orst part of our stay. Bed was also very hard.
