The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice .

It was not clearly stated how to find the WiFi password. When I asked I was given the wrong password so I ended up not getting to use it before I checked out. It's when I was leaving that I noticed the WiFi information was taped unto the phone out of direct sight

The staff was very polite and nice and great location near a metro station.

The room was clean although its small but it is comfortable.

The bathroom size was excellent, and the bathtub was clean and spacious. The washroom and toilet were well-maintained. The room temperature was perfect, making the stay comfortable.

The bed size was inadequate, and it was not comfortable. I also didn’t like the slippers because they were not disposable. For better hygiene, I suggest using disposable slippers.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. First, the staff seemed unprofessional, and their attire did not give a good impression. The hotel itself was not clean, contrary to the photos online that made it appear spacious and tidy. The room I stayed in was much smaller than advertised, and the layout was poorly designed. The walls were not soundproof, and as I was walking to my room, I could hear a girl moaning in the hallway because the bed was positioned right behind the door, which was quite uncomfortable and awkward. Additionally, the TV was not positioned in front of the bed, making it impossible to watch while lying down. To make matters worse, early in the morning, the cleaning staff were extremely noisy while cleaning other rooms, disrupting any chance of sleeping in or having a peaceful morning. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to others.
