The location is excellent. It is very close to the train station and Chinatown is close enough to walk to. It’s very comfortable, clean, and the capsule itself is spacious.

The capsule can get too hot for me personally. Even though there’s a fan that you can control the strength of, it didn’t get cold enough. I asked the staff to increase the AC, and they were very nice to oblige. However, you have to leave the capsule door slightly open for the AC to enter your room.

This was my first capsule hotel and I’ve heard so many mixed stories about capsule hotels but this really exceeded my expectations. The staff were very nice in explaining the floor plan and rules. They also have the instructions translated in English! Each person gets their own locker to store their things which was very nice. Men’s and women’s are divided by floors and have their individualized lock codes. The bed was honestly great. It was very spacious and cozy. The hotel was close to the train station and about a 15 minute walk to the Red Brick Warehouse area. Super convenient.

Great capsule hotel, the location is a little far from the nearest station so it was a little clumsy to get by with a big suitcase but nothing to worry about. The place is really clean and quiet, the capsule is well kept and I've chilled out after a long walking day in the terrace they have on the upper floor.

The bathroom is in the other side of the capsules I've stayed, had to get pass the hangout room to get there. only complain i have really.

Location, clean, organised

The sanitary e.g. toilets, showers were in a different room, and all the time needed the code to reenter to the sleeping area. It was extremely cold, but I understand it is necessary because of the capsules. It was no kitchenette, only one kettle but no cups. Maybe I should have asked at the reception for?

Simple place to stay in Yokohama, good location near Isezaki-cho, Chinatown, and the train station. Would recommend for visitors wanting a quick visit to Yokohama. Beds are a bit larger and comfortable for a capsule hotel.

Lockers were too small to fit all of my luggage and shoes. Rooms are only accessible by elevator, the lounge amenities aren't much.

The hostel was in a very convenient location. Walking distance from train station, lots of food options around, and sites and shopping within walking distance. Not on a main street, so pretty quiet as well. Vietnamese Cafe on the first floor is also very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Facilities are very clean and secure.

The lounge area to eat/relax in is very small and uncomfortable with signs asking you not to stay too long. The reception is in a Vietnamese restaurant, which felt a bit odd and meant that you can't really sit anywhere after check out.

I really appreciated the cleanliness and comfort of the capsule bed. It is very spacious, private and relaxing. The lounge area is cool, and the terrace provides a nice view of the intersection. The bathrooms are great as well and I felt really good staying here.

I love the location and the cleanliness. It has everything I needed for toiletries too.

The sleeping pods are made of plastic, and they creak when someone rolls over. Be sure to pick up some ear plugs at the elevator before you go to bed. And, the screen that covers your entry doesn't shut out all of the light.

Super easy to check in! Staffed helped my friend and I who are opposite genders both figure out what to do for check in and how to do it. They spoke English very well! Lounge on the third floor was a great surprise and the first floor is also a mini bar. As for the rooms we were both very comfortable and happy with the cleanliness.
