You can see the stadium from the hotel, if you are on the 12th floor and above I believe you may be able to see inside the stadium. Great environment to be in. Bathroom was good and amenities could be taken from the first floor. Helpful staff, helped out when i checked out and forgot something in my room.

Didnt have a lot of room to open my luggage, but didnt bother me too much. Only had one lift. Definitely not ideal during checkout or breakfast hours when everyone is using the lift.

It’s a short distance away from Kannai station which was really convenient for me. There’s a Lawson & Family Mart store closed to hotel which is a plus

Sound insulation isn’t that great especially if your room is situated close or facing the stadium. Would’ve preferred if the toilet seat is heated as well especially during the winter season.

The staff were helpful. I needed to find a barber and the front desk was very helpful to find one and then supplied a map to get there.

Not enough variety at the buffet breakfast very limited.

Cleanliness and welcoming front staff. Convenient location close to Kannai, Motomachi and Sakuragicho.

They offered a much better breakfast with more variety at Mitsukoshi Mae Toyoko Inn 2 years ago.

Location was great. Close to train station and Yokohama attractions. Room had a furo (bathtub). Spacious closet. Breakfast was simple.

Bed was very hard.

I liked everything about the hotel except the place where breakfast was served. It was crowded and uncomfortable and not the same quality as other Japanese hotel breakfasts (I've been in Japan 40 years, so I know these things)
