It was great, it had all we needed in a perfect location. Really enjoyed the room, the location and facilities.

Having breakfast was nice but we came 45min before the end of breakfast and they were out already of almost everything with no resupply. 😓 They only offered to bring more rice but eggs, tuna and pretty much everything was done for - the person before me snagged the last pieces of everything 😂 so I basically scrapped some bits of last rice and soup. It would be nice if they really would spread the items throughout time and plan so to ensure there is enough of all items until the end of the breakfast time window.

I stayed here from May 20th to 23rd, and after checking out on the last day, I realized that I had thrown my Narita Express ticket in the trash can in the hotel room. I went back to the hotel and asked, and even though the cleaning was already done, they tried to find the ticket and eventually found it in the trash can. I was so grateful and touched by the kindness of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, right outside Chinatown and near a lot of the central attractions of Yokohama. Walking distance from the marina and the main park on the seaside. Super clean hotel, great attentive staff. Great value for money. Very nice breakfast and open bar in the evening included in the price.

Room size was a bit small for European standards and the ceiling of the bathroom is so low that I almost couldn't shower fully standing (I am 1.9 m, so in Japan is always a challenge with low ceilings)

The location was nice, close to the stadium and to Chinatown. Amenities were available for free, up to 5 items per person and the staff was super friendly and helpful

The room were about the size you would expect from hotel in Japan so don't bring more than 1 luggage per person. Also the bunk bed were not done when we arrived; this isn't a big problem but it would have been appreciated if it was mentioned somewhere beforehand

The breakfast was amazing, they had a great variety of food and they were freshly cooked! It does get busy in there so be sure to come early! The area is close to restaurants, convenient storea and behind is Chinatown. There are also lots of sight seeing around the area if you like going on strolls.

I wish there were more laundry machines

Overall, it is a nice budget stay for a short visit to Yokohama. The rooms are small but all other amenities are perfect. Breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. The hotel also provided additional amenities that were very useful. The hotel staff was very kind and polite. They were very helpful.

The rooms were too small. Slightly bigger rooms would have been appreciated. Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

This was such a convenient location for the Yokohama Baseball Stadium. We had 6 travelers in 2 rooms and everyone had their own bed. There was a self service welcome bar and breakfast in cluded.

The 8th floor hallway was so stuffy and hot. It wasn't hot on the other floors but this floor was warm. The room was cool, it was just the hall which was uncomfortably warm.

Breakfast was great - both Japanese and western offerings. There was plenty of it too. I also liked the free drinks. This was a nice touch, although there were no signs in English. Also, the choice of alternate pillows was helpful, as the one on my bed was too hard.

Signs in English. There were non-Japanese guests, but most of the signage was in Japanese. The hard, heavy pillow on the bed, which I swapped.

Excellent location in Yokohama for us with walking distance to train lines and International Cruise Terminal. Very clean facilities with WiFi and breakfast included. The hotel was very helpful in storing our luggage before check-in and after check-out so we could do some more sightseeing.

Room size was a little small for all our international travel luggage.

Came here because I was leaving on a cruise the next day and wanted to be close to the cruise terminal, which is literally at 15 minute walk away or a 4 minute cab ride from the hotel. Couldn't believe that we were located right at the entrance to Chinatown and across the street from a super cool park with turtles and the baseball stadium for the Tokyo Olympics. Arrived earlier than checkout and they welcomed us to park ourselves in their cafe area while we waited for check in time. They held our bags as we sat there drinking coffee, taking an internet break from our sightseeing, and then it was time to check in. When we got to the rooms, they were tiny as you would expect from Japan but we had two rooms so we weren't swimming in people. We both had a beautiful picture window that opened up to a street and it looked like a living painting, both during day and night. The receptionist offered to let us take any of the amenities we needed like deodorant, hairbrushes, etc and they had everything. At each floor there is a station where you can pick up a night gown and a pillow, right next to the beverage vending machine and a pants press. Because of the hotel location, we got to see the night life, roaming around Chinatown enjoying the souvenir shopping, trying some of the food, and soaking in the atmosphere. It shuts down at around 10 and they open the street to traffic, but before that it such a was such a cool way to see Yokohama. In the morning we enjoyed the free breakfast and they don't really have tables for people to congregate at, but they have rows of almost cubicles where you can eat. The buffet is open and the staff is super kind. Every staff member I met in both the lobby and the buffet seemed so welcoming and grateful we were there. They even have an Aibo puppy to pet in the lobby. Will always recommend this place.

Room size, because I'm an American and expect a lot of space around me. However, the small size of the room was also what I was expecting from a Japanese hotel, so I was not disappointed.
