Our room was big enough to meet our needs including space for two large bags and two cabin bags. It is an easy walk to the Nihon Odori subway station and to the Osanbashi pier. We were able to visit several sites on foot including the Red Brick Warehouse, the Silk Museum, Chinatown and Yamashita Gardens. Great price.

Excellent location: easy access to Yamashita Park, museums, China town, metro, JR, bus, ship etc. Beds were comfortable, and room was clean enough (stain on the carpet,) spacious for Japan. Hot shower, enough water pressure. Good enough amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial soap, hairbrush, toothbrush, slippers, robes etc. Yamato shipping service was great at the front desk.

Toilet behind of the lid had urine stain. Eco room service (no sheets and towels replacement) was confusing. We though by opting in, unless we call room service, won't come in. ...wrong! We saw our robes were folded nicely and trashes were emptied. We hanged a "don't disturb sign" at the door after that so that I didn't have to tidy up the room every morning. Often hotels provide facial toner, moisturizer, but none found at this hotel. Breakfast was pretty much the same all 4 mornings. Fresh pineapples were switched to kiwi. Also, they should have a dedicated line for prepaid guests (we had to wait for someone paying their meals in front of us and took a long time.)

The rooms are fairly small for a tall person The bathroom is a bit small for a tall person Yet these is to be expected from most hotels in Japan.

We were expecting a tiny room like most budget hotels in Japan, and we weren’t disappointed. Our room was very well designed though to make good use of the space available. The bathroom was amazingly large for a budget hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was surprisingly comfortable as well, not hard nor soft. The hotel is within walking distance of Chinatown, shopping mall, Cup-A-Noodle Museum, cruise terminal (cobbled stone streets make tough walking with luggage) and convenience stores. The staff was very accommodating and patient as we were a family of 9. We didn’t eat within the hotel, but chose convenience stores and local fare steps away from the hotel.

It was a very nice room, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The towels were soft and it was nice to have a bath tub. The location is fantastic. You can explore Yokohama on foot from the hotel. It's relatively close to transit options. Lots of beverage options in vending machines. There is also a Family Mart a block away.

There was no power outlet beside the bed. No view from my window. Pretty minor points.

Bed was comfortable and my request was meet to some extent. Staff was friendly and accommodating. It was a lovely stay.

That the information was not transferred properly. I asked for a larger room on a high floor with the view but only the high floor was accounted for. I wish they told me that the room I will get, will be small and widouth the view as I exchanged the messages with the hotel staff. On the C/I I was not informed as well that my conditions that I was requesting were not be able to be meet. It was a bit disappointing when we arrived to the room as we were not informed. That needs some improvement.

Great location within walking distance from Chinatown and the red brick warehouse. Room and lobby was clean, and the room felt spacious and fresh. Access was fine with a bus, but the train was also nearby.

The pictures depicted a sliiiightly older hotel room, but we were pleasantly surprised with the room condition. The location is a little bit troublesome if you have large suitcases and a cold (like we did), since the train is a 5 minute walk. For the price, this hotel seems to punch above its weight.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a package delivered to the hotel, which they held for us until we checked in, after arriving from an international flight. They were expecting me to arrive that day and brought the package out without my asking, which I think is great customer service. The room was also really clean and had all the amenities we needed (I liked that there were actual glasses and coffee cups, instead of single-use plastic ones). The room size is about standard for a business hotel in Japan, but there are also nice touches like a desk with a pull-out shelf and another small table, so if there are two of you staying in the room, you can both work at the same time. There is a Lawson convenience store just around the corner, so you can pick up all the snacks and drinks you need. The location is also very good for getting around the Kannai and Motomachi area, and Nihon Odori Station (Blue line) is about a 5-minute walk away. Overall, this is a very good value hotel and exceeded my expectations for a business hotel in Japan.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this property.

Great location!! It's convenient to explore all the popular sites in Yokohama. Great value. Room size is bigger than other hotels in similar price range. we can open 2 medium size luggages in our room. The room has everything we need. Shower, air conditioning and bed are all good.

Pillows are too soft. It's a personal preference to sleep on firm pillows. Everything else is good.

The location was conveniently situated. The breakfast was excellent using local vegetables and so much choices.

the room was smaller than expected. if I had known, I could have booked a larger and better room.
