There's a small snack area. Minimum offerings for both breakfast. and dinner. Save that evening cup of noodles for the morning provided condiments. Lunch specials outside the hotel don't start opening business till 11 am.

Nothing. Locker areas for your luggage. Room key allows one to access the elevator. Separate floors for men and a separate room for the women. Onsen and sauna with ice cream included. There's another area for those who snore too loudly. The capsule is comfortable with plugs for your phone recharger. Besides the mat & sheets, there is a tv in each capsule, too. What's not to like? My bad. I forgot to mention the free use of a massage chair. Plus, the laundry wash cycle was free (including a built-in detergent dispenser). The dryer use: 200 yen.

Right across the road from a shrine. The breakfast was nice and simple- some cereal and yoghurt with orange juice. There was a great selection of hot drinks, I particularly liked the hot chocolate. Didn’t try the free cup noodle in the evening but the fact they offer this service is great. They also offer free soup in the afternoon. Some nice free amenities, tooth brush, shaving foam and razors etc. Towels provided, a private bath and a sauna all included in the price.

Nothing to do with the hostel. But be careful of some of the restaurants in Chinatown, some don’t have kitchens, very rude staff and are a bit of a scam. There are some great ones but just be careful.

The female cabin is really comfortable. There’s heaps of space, a big mirror, a desk and a large safe. And there’s a tv in the capsule! You get new towels every day for free. The laundry is on the same floor, the washer is free and the dryer is only ¥100. The onsen is nice. I was on my own every time I went. I loved that there was a peaceful background music in the amenities and the onsen. Very relaxing. The staff is nice and helpful. There’s also quite a lot of free things for customers to enjoy (onsen, snacks, drinks, toiletries). It really feels like being in a 5 star hotel but paying the price of a dorm. It is really good value for money. The location is great too, right in Chinatown and 2 mins away from supermarkets. I recommend this place!

The onsen is only from 3pm to 8pm for women. The men have more time (morning and evening) and they have a sauna, women don’t. I don’t think that is very equal and fair. You can still hear everyone packing and unpacking their bags late at night despite being in a private cabin. Apart from that, everything else was great!

Very convenient place, lots of restaurants and food stalls around. The "room" consists of capsule bed and safe, desk and a chair on the side, so overall bigger private space than in usual capsule hotels. Great amenities - face masks, face creams, shampoos, 3 different size towels, etc. Also, there were ice cream, instant soup packets, yakult and water for free.

Even though from the pictures it looks like you will get a separate room, in reality the "room" is just a small space separated by a divider, so it doesn't block any sounds from your neighbours and you can hear everything - snoring, walking around, eating, etc. Also, the mattress was super hard. I like harder mattresses in general but this one was too hard even for me.

Best hostel I've stayed in in Japan. Clean, comfortable and facilities beyond belief. Incredible value. Free noodles after 9pm, breakfast included, free ice cream and probiotic drink after your evening bath. Loved this place. Free tea and coffee available all day. Do many extras with what you pay for.

Everything was excellent.

I was very impressed with the global cabin. For my first time in a pod hotel it was very nice. Everything was clean, tons of amenities and it feels safe. There’s a safe that is surprisingly big and a lock for luggage.

The only complaints I had about my stay were that the mattress is very hard so it’s a bit hard to fall asleep and the rooms are all connected. So you can hear everyone around you. It’s never loud but for light sleepers it can be an issue.

Located in the heart of Chinatown, it was the perfect place to arrive in the evening. It comes with a Sento, complementary Yakult and ice cream for after bath and in the after hours they even provided free Shoyu Ramen. Cabin was very clean and comfortable. Lounge area had free drinks and soups and was very comfortable, with private corners.

If the lounge area and sleeping area were fully separated, they lounge would be usable after 11pm.

It offered free ice sticks and also had a hot water bath. You can also take free drinks. I also got free breakfast (maybe from the booking.com genius). The bed is super comfy. It's in the Chukagai so lots of foods to eat nearby. Convenience store is like 5 min away.

Nothing really. The common area closes a bit early and it's difficult to eat in the capsule room because I am worried that I would spilt something.

I love everything about this. From free amenities(toothbrush, shaver, ice cream, night ramen etc) to facilities(onsen, sauna and free space). For the price I paid and the service they provided, it's totally worth it. With it being located in the heart of Chinatown, Minato Mirai and such can just be done by walking. Oh they have pajamas and tv for each bed.

Nothing to not like about

Totally worth the money! It was our very first time visiting a capsule hotel and they exceeded the expectations we had. The room was nice, they have a nice shared kitchen/living room, a massage chair, books/manga to read, sauna... the bathrooms were nice and clean, the capsule beads were also nice and comfortable, the hotel staff was very nice. Overall a very nice experience! :)
