The staff was very kind, helpful and quick to help. Even though not every member speaks English equally good. E.g.: When I arrived I asked for a quiet room far from elevators and they immediately gave me a corner room, and I had no problem with any noise during my stay. One morning I locked myself out of the room, went to the front desk and asked for help. They asked for my PIN code (I advise you to memorize and remember that!), I had to fill in 1 sheet of paper and problem was solved in 3 minutes! They gave me a new room card, I did not have to go back to my room, and could continue going to work without any more trouble. Another case: I chose late check-out and when I left and went to the front-desk, I met a long queue of guests waiting for check-in. I told the staff that I would like to check-out and they put me in a separate short queue of check-outers and could finish check-out in 5-6 mins. My room was super-clean and well equipped. After every full-cleaning a new bottle of water was left in the room. I liked the "USB-A to anything" converter, which was provided, too. USB-A slot is located both on the desk and beside the bed. Everything worked smoothly, well, without any fault in the room: tap, shower, the toilet, lamps, the trousers iron machine, etc.! Compared to similar rooms in other hotels, my room was bigger, 18 m2 and even there was some space to hang my clothes and cloth-hangers were available. There was no wardrobe, which I knew before and was prepared for. There was one bigger shelf beside the door and small chest of drawers, where I could put my clothes. But I did not have to store my suitcase on my bed, which I read in some review comments of some other rooms/hotels... I paid for the breakfast, too. It was a good decision, the breakfast served on the 1st (Japan 2nd) floor in the restaurant was good, enough and tasty. The staff very friendly and serving. I definitely would come back!

The only thing which I missed was a shutter outside of the window. There's a blackout curtain, but during this hot summer the room absorbs too much heat during the day, even if I shaded it. But the air-conditioner worked well, when I turned it on after I came back in the evening.

Modern room with new furnishings, close to the Yokohama stadium and within walking distance to Chinatown and other attractions. I could hear the nice atmosphere from a baseball game during my stay. There is a Lawson attached to the hotel and in the drawers you can find cables and papers for the luggage delivery service. The highlight of the room was the ergonomic office chair, which was great, especially compared to the standard hotel chairs which are not comfortable at all.

I gave a lower score because during the first day of my stay, I found some sort of roach near the bed stand that I managed to kill before it could run under the bed (there is a large space under the bed that you cannot reach easily and so low that you almost have to lie down on the floor to see). The room was otherwise clean, and I didn't find any other afterwards.

The bed was spacious. The space was cozy. I was still able to maneuver with one big bag and a smaller one. The bathroom was clean and the bathtub was deep and great for soaks! I live the outlets being on the side of bed as well. There was a Yukata (sleepwear) and it was very very comfy!! The coin laundry also took my mobile sucia which was a bonus.

I wish there was body lotion available as well with the other amenities. And possibly a gym. The laundry took a long time to wash and dry. Honestly, really no big complaints. I can't wait to stay again!!

Excellent location. Walking distance from Chinatown and the port. The hotel room was small but very comfortable, especially enjoyed the comfy bed. The breakfast was also very nice.

I miss the human touch of the hotel experience. Although there was a front desk staff, a lot of the check in and check out process was done with a computer, which I know is the norm now, but takes away from the hotel experience for me.

Yamashita Park is pretty close, the area of Yokohama is easy to get to and explore surrounding areas. You can get to this location on JR trains easily from Tokyo. The room itself was very nice. For the price it definitely exceeded my expectations. There is a Combini onsight that is 24/7 just outside of the lobby, inside of the building. In Yokohama near the baseball stadium and the park, this must be the best value you can find. My first stay in a Daiwa property and I was extremely satisfied.

Very good breakfast, exceeding expectations of listed Continental breakfast. Excellent location, near metro and 15 minute walk to airport accessible limo bus stop at cost of less than $6.00. Convenience store on site and supermarket two blocks away, both with ample variety of food, drink (including beer, wine, spirits). Plenty of minor extras, like hygienic products. Walking distance (15 plus or minus minutes) to many attractions. Chinatown -- a must visit - is only five-minute walk away with ample food establishments. Two PM starts check-in. Secured area for bags if one arrives early or leaves late.

Nice and clean room. Comfy bed and efficient AC. Friendly and english speaking staff. Excellent coin landry on multiple floors, with the option to pay with Suica or other IC. ~5min walk from Kannai station.

Absolutely love the modern room designs! They were spacious and comfortable! The security measures with the key card for the elevator is a plus! I felt safe. The convenience store was very convenient! Loved that the hotel was close to many attractions, and the train station! This hotel is very affordable and perfect for a great vacation! 10/10

The room was good, spacious by Japanese standards. Breakfast is excellent, a great choice of European and Asian food, The second floor restaurant does a good lunch. Staff were uniformly courteous, helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The location was great for walking to plenty of fun locations in Yokohama. The check-in process was seamless and the staff were very helpful (in spite of my terrible attempts at Japanese). I was traveling on my own and the room's size was perfect. Even if I was with someone else, I think it would have been a comfortable stay.
