The breakfast that's included is excellent & the unlimited coffee & tea is great. Staff were always friendly & helpful, even though English was a struggle. Although the rooms are Tiny - they're really efficient, even with 2 people sharing.

The beds are comfortable but the pillows are really bad, our whole group struggled with those. We also had trouble with the laundry facilities. The automatic detergent dispensers don't seem to work, so ended up buying detergent at the Seven-Eleven across the street after a couple of failed attempts paying Y300 for a wash with detergent.

Great location, short walk from train station. No hassle in checking in and out, very impressed that they use machine for this. So you just type in your name to search for your booking on the machine, then scan your passport, access card will come out from the machine! And to check out, just insert to access card back in the machine and you are done! This is great since we checked out at 5am, no need to ring and wait for the staff. Comfortable bed and pillows (can ask for additional head and leg pillows)

It’s very small, we struggle to open our luggage, only have space to open one luggage at a time. The pillow is flat, but we can just ask for additional pillow so its actually quite comfortable.

Staff is amazing. They have accommodated all of our requests and were very helpful during all our stay. I appreciate the effort. Also, I loved the smoothies during the breakfast. As a vegan, it's always hard for me to find food options in the hotels, but these smoothies is exactly why I chose Comfort hotels. The pillows are very comfy!

The walls are too thin - I could hear people from all the sides walking, talking, slamming doors. Staff kindly agreed to change my room to a more quiet one, but I could still hear people in the hallways and the street noise outside the hotel even on the 14th floor. I couldn't sleep at all. Due to the noise I cannot give the best rate.

The staff are super helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Bathroom dated but very clean with powerful and hot shower. Free coffee. Great location close to Kannai station and walking distance to waterfront. The breakfast was plentiful. Did I mention how wonderful the staff are!

The pillows are flat and hard (my husband really liked them!) The lifts are quite small and can be very busy/full around check out time but you can use the stairs (external) at these times.

The hotel is very close to the stations. A lot of restaurants nearby and convenience stores. They have lockers downstairs for guests to use for free. I expected a little bit more from the room as the photos were much better compared to the actual. Space was okay but quite small. The windows are quite big and was surprised to see mount Fuji from our room! We had free breakfast which was a nice touch. Overall it was a pleasant stay for a stoppver in Yokohama.

No frills hotel. Rooms may be a bit small for some but it's clean and comfortable. It's has a good variety of breakfast spread. Situated in a convenient location with convenient stores and subway only steps away. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in Yokohama.

Breakfast was excellent in variety of items, taste and ability to manage large number of guests in a small space. Appreciate survey bulletin board to list preferred times. Loved the pumpkin soup Staff was friendly and efficient.

close to subway system check in's and checkouts very good staff were great and had a good understanding of english language lifts were quick restaurants, bars and shopping very handy

The hotel was in a good location. It was close to everything we wanted to visit in Yokohama, especially the cruise terminal. It was close to a train station so we could easily visit other parts of Tokyo. Good breakfast selection, clean and quiet room, although rather small. The staff was very friendly.

Nice staff/smooth check in and check out. A great location close to multiple train stations and a lot of attractions in Yokohama (the waterfront is gorgeous with tons to do.) Easy to get to Tokyo via trains as well, and there are a lot of convenience stores close by. There's also a great record store, Disk Union, a short walk away!

Might be a little small and uncomfortable for American travelers, bedding is more thin and Japanese than some foreigners might like, but it's not too bad and I'm sure the staff would provide an extra pillow on request. Breakfast was a little sparse in terms of selection but well maintained and had a variety between days.
