Room size is average for the price in the same area. It has room to have 2 suitcases opened on the floor if the sofa and small table can be removed or 1. It got a long rectangular desk wide enough for a 15" laptop. Bathroom is updated with new design. Wifi is between 35Mbps - 55Mbps download speed. Internet can get disconnected at times though it is rare. My laptop was constant on wifi and internet rarely got disconnected. But my phone took few minutes before it was connected to the internet after coming back to the room. Location wise it is on Bashamichi which has the shortest distance between Minatomirai line and Kannai.

Pillows can be better. It was not soft or hard. It was just flat. Internet connection should be on all the time without interruptions. It only has 2 laundry washing machines and the hotel has 10 floors. Fridge didn't seem to work very well.

Location is fantastic. I used to work in Kannai so knew the area and knew there are good transportation links and so many restaurants to try. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had to go to a funeral and they helped us get my husband's suit dry cleaned and always gave information we asked for in a polite and friendly manner. There are usb slots next to each side of the bed which was very handy and a good size bed for Japan hotels.

Nothing really the room isn't huge but more spacious than many hotel of a similar price range.

The staff is very helpful and polite. They go above and beyond to help out in case we need anything. Night suits and slippers are provided, and overall the cleanliness is top notch. Property is located very near to Lawson and Seven Eleven and subway line is also nearby. The Italian restaurant at the property is amazing. They served the best Margherita pizza I had in Japan

The rooms (as usual in Japan) are quite small however the bedding was comfortable. They charge a 2000 yen per hour surcharge in case of late check-out beyond 11.30

The property is literally next to the station. Just get of the hotel and everywhere you look or turn is something. The cleanliness is on spot. They clean every day. Staff speaks English and if not they will still try to communicate and help. Bookoff is just a walk away too. Restaurants everywhere and open till late night. They also have a washer&dryer at guest common area. We loved it.

The heating system is working and AC system is off due to the weather which we understand since most buildings are like that.

The location was great, perfect amount of room for a little weekend stay, met are needs genuinely in all the ways. From the station it was only about a 10 min walk and the walk was nice because it helped us know more of what was in the area, the bay is near by and only again a 10-20 min walk depending on where ur going, on the way plenty of snacks and views to enjoy, very peaceful area, plenty of food options. We had a great yakiniku spot for dinner our First night and loved it all overall, thank you very much hotel my stays for a great stay!

All and all nothing bad to say. I really don’t have anything bad to say about the property it was amazing and met our expectations an honestly more, the location is great and the hotel itself is clean, staff is nice and very helpful, when we checked out they held our luggage so we could explore a bit more before heading home and that was really nice. When it was time to go we collected our luggage and the staff wished us a good day. All and all nothing bad to say about this property.

The staff was the star of the place. Both the 2 male staff on duty when we checked in at night and the 2 female staff on duty the next morning were excellent - very friendly, helpful and patient. The room was big enough for Japanese standard. The provision of in-room universal travel adaptors was a very pleasant surprise. Very clean and quiet. Great location.

The lobby/entrance area could use a few more seats for guests to rest, to wait for reception service, etc.

I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a corner room at the end of the corridor, made me happy. The room was modern, clean, functional, with stylish warm-dark toned design. What I like the most was that the room had a proper desk space (as well as a mini sofa and a coffee table), as some hotels only have 'fashionable' small side tables in their rooms but I prefer having a good sized desk even when I don't 'work' during my stay. Also, a kettle worked as a pot that keeps the hot water temperature (not just boiling water) was handy. I booked in the last minutes, and it was very low priced, so I didn't expect that much to be honest, but the whole stay here turned out wonderful. Excellent location, very comfy room, great staff, plus check out by 11:00. I have no hesitation to recommend this place for both business and pleasure.

Not a problem for me at all, but there might be, for some people; 1. I knew it and I wasn't there for it, but you can not expect spectacular views. 2. There were only tea bags in the room. If you a coffee lover, just so you know it.

The hotel is situated in a prime location. Most attraction centers are easily accessibly from the hotel on foot. There is a wide range of good restaurants to eat from nearby as well. If you're travelling with children like we did, you wouldn't have any problem with noise in the hotel as well. I said that because if we could stay four nights and check out freely without being harrassed by neighbours or hotel staff, you shouldn't have any problems.

The hotel was approx. 5 minutes away (walk) from Kannai Station and the entrance to the subway was right across the street. There were many shops, restaurants, and convenience stores all within walking distance as well!

The only thing I didn’t care much for was the fact that the room thermostat was restricted to heating only, but then again, maybe it was because it was winter time?

Very clean. Across the street from Kannai station and Exit 7 which has an elevator . Nice and friendly staff. Helpful. Allowed for luggage storage. Two elevators which made it quick to leave and return.

The air conditioning was on heated and is centrally controlled so the room was very warm/slightly uncomfortable. Washing machine and dryer combo made it difficult to wash clothes since one cycle took 2 hours and you had to wait for others to finish. Only 2 machines.
