Got the hotel for Christmas eve and the price was pretty decent for the holidays. The room was more spacious than I thought because we had a little hallway and a lot of space for the main room itself.

It was in a love hotel area, but still seemed pretty safe. I wish they had at least service bottled water or coffee or tea in the room.

There were a few way to get to the place I wanted to go, one of the staff helped/ explained me by fastest, easiest and the cheapest. Very helpful and friendly.

The room is an old fashion "KEY" and you have to manually lock every time you going out or back in the room. Try not to forget to look the door.

We liked the smoking space on some of the floors and easy access to vending machines on different floors.

Our bathroom doors lock didn’t really work as the door could still be easily opened if applied light pressure on the handle or if you pull the handle. Also there were cups in the room but no tea or water.

The staff are nice. Could arrange a taxi pick up for me.

Wifi Internet connection was poor. Might depend on floor and the trim.

Close to train station and amenities, cheap.

Not the cleanest, quite dark

it is difficult to find a hotel with 3 beds in Japan. This managed to make it work. The Main Street, one block behind, had many restaurants and shops. it was a 10 minute walk to the train. Yokohama seaside is easily accessible. We visited specifically to go to the Gundam Factory.

The location was on a sex shop street. it was quiet and not dangerous, but if you needed to know, the website doesn’t tell you about the immediate neighborhood. Locals consider this a sketchy area, but not from random acts of violence.

In general, the hotel is nice, even you plan to stay 3-4 nice. All amenities, big bed for one person, fridge, microwave, teapot, cups. IF you only care about how much inside the room you have to serve yourself - I think it's a nice place. A big supermarket is very close and you can buy a lot more food for the same price compared to a normal combini.

Sex industry area. It's not the hotel's fault, but thу location is not safe to stay, especially for ladies who travel alone. Around the hotels are plenty of happening bars and couple kissa (=sex bars), so you will see a very strange old men audience walking there from morning till night. The walls are thin - I heard a man from the next room snoring all night. Cracked ceiling and peeling wallpaper. No way to open the windows, so you gonna breathe all the stinky smell after the last customer. They have ventilation in the wall, which probably brings some fresh air, but I can say what it brings the most - all the sounds from the streets. Stinky water.

Unimpressive, needing repairs and upgrades.

Missing light fixtures and room felt dirty.
