Utilities for everything. There is a 24/7 family mart convince store. It's not an exclusive expensive shop but the same prices you would find outside the hotel. They have wifi of course, lan and you can even cast video from your device to the tv in the room (airplay or google cast). There is a free hot spa in the hotel on the 4th floor which is great. There is even an outdoor bath. Note that it's a traditional Japanese spa so there is a bit of getting used to. Easy steps: 1. Find the robe in the hotel room and put it on with just underwear. Put a bath towel, face towel, your key card, and payment card/ credit card in a bag. 2. Go to the fourth floor and go into the respective male female bath using your card key. 2. Make sure you take off your shoes/slippers at the entrance. 3. Place the slippers in the slipper boxes. 4. Go to an empty locker, get butt naked but bring your face towel - put the key on your wrist. 5. it is IMPORTANT to wash your body before jumping into the baths so when you go into the bathing area, you will see washing booths. Sit down, get clean. Yes you can wet the face towel. 6. Once clean, wring your face towel and enter any hot pool. You can place the face towel on your head or just put it down on the side. 7. Once done just repeat the cleaning process and exit the bathing area. Dry your body, put on your clothes/robe and use the beauty seats to dry your hair, clean your ears etc. 8. Pick up your shoes/slippers and exit the bathing area. 9. Go into the family mart convenience store just outside the spa area and grab a beer, sour or choice of refreshing beverage and pay it with your payment card.(pasmo, suica also works) at the self serve check outs. 10. Return to your room and enjoy the drink, your clean spirit and body. - repeat as many times as you want.

Rooms are small

The location was great as it was near many sights, train, shopping and food areas. Able to get to Yokohama in a few stops with the subway nearby by walking. The view from the higher floor was great! Comes with a bathtub to be able to soak in daily, so that was a plus.

The entrance to the hotel reminded me of a casino, bright, crowded and overwhelming. The room reminded me of a cruise ship sized room, compact, not possible to have any luggage in anywhere but under the bed. Need to be "creative" to pack and unpack with an open luggage as the room was really small.

The view from the room was astounding, especially for the price! I was lucky to see a firework & drone show right outside the window over the bay ❤︎

It's very busy during check-in time, the staff are helpful but clearly under pressure.

Loved everything about this place. I was assigned a room on the 13th floor, with a wonderful view of the Minatomirai side. It's especially beautiful at night with a lovely view of the harbour, the Cosmo World Ferris Wheel, the World Porters, the Pacifico InterContinental, and if you're lucky then also the Tokyo Tower! Being an aviation geek I also enjoyed views of flights constantly landing at taking off from Haneda! Apart from the views, the rooms are spotless clean, including the linens. Cute little private bathroom with EVERYTHING that you'd need. The check-in was assisted but on a machine. The check-out was completely automatic with nothing but only dropping off of the room card in the designated machine. Highly recommend! The place is also really close to Bashamichi Station, with a FamilyMart near and also two stores within the premise itself.

I loved staying at this hotel because of it's location. The access from the station is a fairly reasonable walk, and it's a very nice, scenic walk too. There's so many attractions nearby which can also be accessed by foot. The convenience store in the 4th floor is such a godsend for late night famima runs whenever we forgot to get something while we're out and about. The staff always leaves us new towels outside the room rather than entering the room itself, which I really liked. The hotel is also a pick-up station for Airporter which made sending our luggage to the airport so easy.

I really have no complaints about this hotel. The space in the room is a bit cramped from how big the beds are but honestly for the value, the convenience, the comfort of everything else, it's still very worth it.

Nice hotel - close to everything you need in the port area - clean - ideal to have 24 x 7 supermarket on 4th floor with printing facilities ( which I needed to use) rooms are clean fresh towel service every day - we didn’t replace towels as it wasn’t needed - rooms are small but if your tidy and utilise the under bed storage it’s adequate - centralised air conditioning is a very poor design and one night I wedged the bedroom door open as the corridor was cooler - this managed the situation - signs explaining the issue were everywhere - so it’s clearly a design issue - despite this we had a good few days here

Our stay at this hotel in Yokohama was fantastic! The harbour views were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the theme park lights, Ferris wheel, and cruise ships created a magical scene. The hotel itself is impressive from the moment you step inside, a grand lobby, excellent restaurants, and even a brewery made the experience even better. Everything was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—right by the train station, the Yokohama Air Cabin, the Red Brick Warehouse shopping, and Chinatown. It made exploring the city so easy. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yokohama, for convenience and unforgettable views!

The room is very small. When getting ready, I would get ready first then head down to the lobby while my partner would get ready. The room was really way too small.

The room and the common areas are very clean, and the staff is nice and helpful. The check-in and checkout processes are very smooth and automated. There is complimentary luggage storage on the day of checkout. Housekeeping can be requested, but by default, they leave a bag of clean towels and other necessities (coffee and paper cups, etc) every morning. There is mandatory housekeeping every third day from check-in. The water from the sink is drinkable, and two bottles of water are provided when checked in. The bed is comfortable, and I had an upper-floor room with a good city view. There are restaurants in the building and many nearby. There is a FamilyMart very close by, which is very convenient for getting things needed. The subway station is nearby, and it is in a very safe neighborhood.

The room is small, and if you have luggage, there may not be much space to move around. Similarly, the bathroom is also quite small.

Simply the best value for the beautiful location. Ten minutes to Sakuragicho or Akarenga, therefore perfect for strolls along the seaside, at Akarenga, the parks, and the harbourside and to get to the station. Have chosen it several times: the rooms are small, but quiet to the outside, have been always clean so far, and the water kettle in the room and the laundry options at the 4th floor have come in handy many times. The staff was helpful leaving the luggage there for some time on checkout day.

The room is small, basically 3x the size of the bed including bath room, but the bed is large. And breakfast can be expensive, but the kombini outside helps to get some Onigiri or snacks.

Extremely happy with the price, location, cleanliness and luxurious decor of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was also decent although slightly pricey for us at around JPY4000. The biggest highlight for me at this hotel was the bath facility and the robes placed in our room that allowed me to have sort of an onsen experience. The 2 family marts located inside the hotel were also very convenient! Beautiful and scenic surrounding made walking around a pleasure. The ferris wheel, red brick warehouse, mall and eateries were all in walking distance. The train was also short distance away and very convenient.

The only negative about this hotel was the bed was too small and could not fit me, my wife and our baby. The room size was also too small and we could not open our suitcases fully and no wardrobe, although we're grateful that we could slide our bags underneath the bed. Nevertheless, we can't wait to stay at APA Hotel Yokohama again, but will opt for a bigger room and bed next time.
