We stayed at this hotel twice on our recent trip to Japan. The hotel has a very convenient location close to the Haneda monorail, and JR and subway stations. The room was an average size by Japanese standards, and was clean and quiet. One of the rooms had a good street view. The staff were efficient and checking in and out was smooth. One staff member was very helpful getting us a taxi for our big load of luggage on a rainy day when taxis in the street weren't stopping for us. The free wifi worked well.

We felt a bit cheated to find that "breakfast included" meant a 900 yen (A$9 / US$6) voucher to the local Starbucks. That would buy one cup of coffee and a muffin or sandwich (but not both). We would have preferred to pay a cheaper rate that didn't include breakfast, and choose our own breakfast venue. There were some nicer looking coffee shops nearby.

The hotel was very convenient for transport - especially for Haneda airport but also a good, central location for exploring Tokyo. The free coffee in the lobby was nice.

The staff could have been a bit more helpful, but I guess I could have learned a bit more Japanese. It was an excellent hotel for the price and I would certainly recommend it for anyone who wants to be sort of central in Tokyo. You aren't really near much that it on the tourist trail but, on the other hand, you are very near the metro and in an excellent location to get reasonably quickly to many parts of the city. We were later in Asakusa, which is great for Asakusa but was much farther for other bits of Tokyo that we wanted to see.

The hotel is very nice and clean, my room was smallish but I found it enough. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. There is unlimited tea and coffee at the reception. The location is convenient but not too crowded.

If you choose the breakfast included option you'll just get star bucks vouchers as the hotel has no restaurant. This information should be written here on site. Otherwise I was completely satisfied with the quality of service.

There was a Starbucks certificate given to those who had pre-paid for breakfast. US$6.00 was not enough to pay for my breakfast of warm orange juice granola-yogurt parfait, muffin and coffee. I didn't really mind, and the latte with an extra shot was delicious.

I didn't mind paying extra for the breakfast for which I pre-paid, but it is borderline annoying. Starbuck's doesn't really serve a decent breakfast, so the whole thing seems like a bad business decision.

We stayed there twice on our recent Japan trip. Spacious room. Good location near Daimon and Hamamatsokchu stations (ideal for Haneda airport monorail). Plenty of restauarants and bars in the area. Near to Tokyo tower. Helpful staff.

The location is great. (1) It is nearby two major train lines - the subway/ metro and JR. (2) You can head here straight from haneda airport without changing trains. (3) Walking to the train station from the hotel has no elevation. (3) If into more quiet neighborhood, the location is quiet and has decent food places to eat. (4) It is nearby Shiba Koen (park + temple) and Tokyo tower. It's a nice view walking towards the hotel from the train stations. As for the hotel. (1) The hotel has all the basic amenities, nicely decorated and comfortable. (2) In the context of japan's small hotel room, this hotel room is quite a good size for a single traveller. I could lay my clamshell small and mid size luggages yet still be able to walk comfortably and the desk size is decent to do work rather comfortably. (3) The people at the reception desk are helpful. English is decent enough to get basic things done. (4) You can get your 24/36/72 hr tourist metro/ subway card from the hotel lobby, if you didn't purchase from outside of Japan or at main metro/ subway ticket offices. (5) The room has windows that can be partially opened which is nice to get some fresh air. For muslim, (based on my prayer app and at least for my room - facing Takeshiba St, single room), there's a comfortable space for prayer that aligns with the qibla. [ This was my main concern when it comes to room size and layout, so I was really happy about it ]

No conventional breakfast feature. Breakfast is a Starbucks voucher.

Decent room space, next to Zojo-ji and Tokyo Tower, less crowded area and walkable distance for metro stations. You can also see Tokyo Tower on the street. Relatively feeling safe to even walk around during late night or early morning.

Shower in the bathtub, the bathtub is slightly too high to get in and out for a shorter person. One of the foreign staff is okay, not rude but speaking speed was so fast and not as friendlier than some other staff I have greeted in other days, find it a bit hard and unpleasant when handling my check-in. It's more business travel/executive hotel kind of accommodation I would say.

Location. It's 5min walk to the subway station and 7 min walk to Yamanote line station. Very close to thw Tokyo Tower (maybe 10-12min walk?) and you can see it from the outside of the hotel. Loads of restaurants around and convenient stores. The room was cozy but we live in UK and this wasn't a shock! Bed was a standard double size. Clean rooms, fresh bedding, power shower. No restaurant in the hotel but for breakfast, you get Starbucks vouchers (1800 yens per day, per couple) amd Starbucksis right next to the hotel (you can also use those vouchers anywhere in Japan). 2 washer-dryers available (you can check the status of the washing machine on your tv! How convenient is that?!). Staff were very helpful and friendly! Very happy with this hotel.

This hotel is a great option for a clean and comfortable stay in Tokyo. While the rooms are on the smaller side (by western standards), they don’t feel too cramped, making them ideal for a short stay. Everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was tidy and pleasant. For breakfast you receive a gift card for the Starbucks located conveniently downstairs, which is perfect for a quick and familiar start to your day. The location is excellent, with easy access to metro lines, a nearby JR station, and Tokyo Tower just a short walk away. Additionally, there are plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options to suit any taste or budget.

We found this hotel on our first visit to Japan in September of 2023. When my wife and I returned in April of 2024 we decided to stay here our first night to be both close to Tokyo Tower for a morning walk, and also for the general convenience of being in Minato. The hotel was clean, staff was excellent (this comes as no surprise given we're talking about Japanese hospitality), and overall the hotel was a nice, comfortable stay. The only ding is due to the size of the room. It was a bit cramped for my wife and I to navigate around with 2 large rolling bags, but we managed. Still, this is somewhat commonplace in Tokyo, where real estate is at a premium. We would happily stay here again!

The room was quite cramped, but they managed to make the rooms as accommodating as possible. This isn't uncommon for Tokyo, but getting in and out of the front door, morning and evening bathroom routines among other things were a bit challenging for the two of us - nothing to complain about, but worth noting for someone who might be a bit less mobile than two 30-somethings that love to travel, hike, and adventure.
