Very clean great facilities. Construction was warned about but we didn’t hear a thing. The staff were lovely and let us keep our bags in the lobby while we explored before check in. We traveled with our 7 and 10 year old and it was truly so easy to walk to everything- the train, coffee shop and convenience stores. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location. Good facility with large size rooms, good decor and facility. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient for Tokyo stay. Very close to Tokyo tower- 15 minutes walk. Good restaurants are nearby. The Tokyo suburban trains are available from close by train station. The breakfast has wide choice of menu.

There is not much variation in the breakfast menu especially if you stay there for several days. The nearest train station doesn't have lift or elevators to the North exit (nearest exit for hotel) requiring us to carry luggage on the stairs.

The hotel was close to everything. JR Hamamatsucho, Daimon, and Shiodome stations were all within a 5-10 minute walk. The Shiodome station has a direct line to Odaiba. JR Hamamatsucho (Yamanote-green line) goes in a circle all around the major spots in Tokyo. The Daimon station takes you to Asakusa direct via the Asakusa line within 45 minutes. There were a lot of good ramen, wagyu, and sushi eateries nearby. A Maruetsu Petit supermarket is around the corner for fruits, drinks, and in the evening they mark down all the prepared meals for a quick sale. There were several 7-11’s nearby as well as a family mart for any other food cravings. The neighborhood was clean, well maintained and felt safe to walk around at all hours of the night. It is a bit farther back from the Main Street and was very quiet. A bonus is Tokyo Tower is a 20 minute walk away. We walked back after having a large meal at the outdoor food hall at the base of the tower. It rained one day and the hotel offered us loaner umbrella’s which was a nice touch. The staff are super polite, very friendly and spoke English. I was not able to find some items at Don Quijote and ordered it via Amazon Japan. I let the staff know i would have something from Amazon delivered to the hotel and they received it and brought it up to my room. Wifi was great. The room size was large and spacious enough for the 4 of us (Two adults, an adult sized kid and a smaller child). US hotels are a little larger but not by much. Try to book at least 3 months in advance to get the best rates. Ideally start looking around 4-5 months in advance and note the prices. Booking.com allows you to adjust your dates to find the cheapest rates. Take advantage of the no-fee cancellation before the due date. We saw the room get cheaper as our trip got closer, cancelled and re-booked it. I found out later that booking.com lets you search for the cheapest hotel rates at that specific hotel if your travel dates are more open.

Nothing, everything was great!

Good location (6 mins walk from the metro station), clean room. It's a great place to stay if you fly from Haneda airport.

The hotel is in a great location, close to Minato City which I have read it is a great place for first time travellers to stay. We were so suprised at how quiet the area was and we felt very safe. It is roughly a 5 min walk to train/subway stations and found it easy to get around. It is close to tourist attractions such as Tokyo Tower and Tsukiji Fish Market. All of the staff were super lovely and happy to help with any requests such as forwarding our luggage. The room was spacious and we were quite suprised as have heard Tokyo hotels can be quite small. We comfortably fit 3 adults and 1 child. They provide slippers, pyjamas, and all toiletries which was nice. Would stay again!

We paid for breakfast to be included in our room price however most of the breakfast options are Japanese of course, so if you're not into this kind of food (for breakfast), I suggest skipping this and just getting something from 7/11.

First of all, the location of the hotel is super! Arrived from Narita Airport with Keisei Main Line that stops at Daimon station and from there it took only a few mins walk. The neighborhood of the hotel is so beautiful and calm, and there's plenty of things to see, to explore, restaurants, grocery stores, everything. Ginza is only about 20 minutes walk, Tokyo Tower as well. You can reach Haneda Airport via monorail that operates from Hamamatsucho station that is super close to Daimon station. The staff of the hotel is amazing and super helpful, everyone is kind. The room was enough for three people and we could easily manage the luggages in the room so there's plenty of room for everything. Compared to other hotels in Tokyo with the same price range and storage space, this is definitely unmissable. I would like to stay in this hotel again next time! Thank you for everything Hotel Mystays Premier!

Polite and helpful staff. Comfortable room and close to train stations. So if you are willing to travel then it is fine but I’d stay around Shinjuku or Shibuya next time as you end up paying almost the same for travel + stay and save some time as well. Breakfast was good as they had western and Japanese options and reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable so had a good nights sleep. They also provided nightwear for adults and kids.

Dinner options around the hotel weren’t great for families as most of the nearby places looked like pubs or bars filled with office goers enjoying alcohol after work so not somewhere you would like to take kids along. This has nothing to do with the hotel itself though. I ordered dinner via Uber Eats on one of the nights so not a problem as the hotel did allow food to be ordered from outside. Other nights I had dinner elsewhere before I returned to the hotel.

The location is great, only (less than) 5min walk from station, and the station has direct train/monorail to Haneda Airport and most Tokyo tourist attraction. Within walking distance to Tokyo tower and eating district in Shimbashi. The Hotel was clean with good facilities, the staff was very nice and helpful. the breakfast was amazing and good value for money. Only 2 stations away from shopping district in Ginza.

unfortunately it doesn’t have laundromat/self laundry for guest, but the staff is so helpful to tell us the nearest laundromat (which is only 2-3 min walking) also It has in-house laundry service.

Our second stay as a family here. Great location and accessibility from Haneda and the major hubs like Shibuya, Asakusa, Odaiba, etc. The luggage forwarding service is an added bonus and that saved us the hassle of getting our luggages to the airport.

Room was nice for myself and my 2, twenty something daughters. We had 3 separate beds, which was so nice for us, The hotel provided Pajamas, which was really fun! They also had an amazing selection of toiletries from hairbrushes to facial products. The bidet toilet seat was awesome. They also provided a free bottle of water per person, per day. Location: wonderful. From the North gate of Hamamatsucho Station, it was a 5 minute walk. A 7-11 was just 2 minutes away-- wonderful and easy.

Space was tight, even with just 1 carry-on size bag for each of us. We just fit, but if we had had checked baggage, we wouldn't have fit. Housekeeping made our beds and refreshed our pajamas daily, but they didn't remove empty water bottles or old coffee mugs, so these piled up over 3 nights (maybe it is cultural and we were supposed to leave them somewhere in particular and we didn't realize it.) Not a big deal!
