They have all the amenities you can think of, ready for use. Although the room was small, it was surprisingly functional. I like the bathtub in the room. The staff spoke English very well and were very helpful.

The location is a bit far from the Toei/JR train lines as well as the restaurant. However, the surrounding area is very peaceful at night.

It's a very convenient location, just 10 minutes walk from Shimbashi Station. As with other APA Hotels, the lobby looked very new, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was big enough for a single person.

The cleaning schedule was enough, but I wasn't sure where I could pick up additional amenities. Fresh towels and a cup of tea/coffee was delivered every day, though. I wish the name of the hotel wasn't so similar to Shimbashi-Toranomon, I went to the wrong one! (I understand that's my fault though)

Good standard rooms, the yukata and suggestions on the TV screen were fun. Facilities in the room were good and the bed was comfy, the bath was welcomed after a lot of walking. Good location a 10 min walk from 3 different stations and short walk to restaurants. Staff were nice and accommodating and spoke English, even getting rid of our broken suitcase for us for a small reasonable fee.

While in general APA hotel rooms are on the small side, I found the room to be slightly larger than the norm and reasonable for one person. This hotel is in a great location, only about 10 minutes walk from Shimbashi, Onarimon and Daimon stations. On the business side of Shimbashi means it is relatively quiet but still close enough to a lot of good restaurants, and also near sights like Tokyo Tower, Zojo-ji temple and Shiba Park. Being so close to the JR Yamanote line as well as metro means easy access to most of Tokyo, with also close access to Haneda Airport. Good facilities.

Good location for city centre access, easy automated check-in, reasonable sized rooms for the price, with adequate working space. Wifi speed good, and free. Convenience store within a minutes walk. Parking for 2 cars only on-site, but new car park around 75 metres distant. Very comfy bed, good sized towels in the bathroom. Toiletries easy to read without glasses in the shower!

Location, near Shimbashi station but far enough from the Izakaya area. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Bathroom equiped with all what I needed. Staff friendly and helpful.

I had my room in the upper floor. I had to sleep with earplug because there was noise from aircons (don't know if the noise came from the same building or from the next one)

I had a great stay at APA Hotel Shimbashi. The location is incredibly convenient, close to Shimbashi Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo. The rooms are compact but well-designed, with all the amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and efficient, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. Overall, it’s a perfect choice for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo.

Speedy and efficient check-in, compact room but enough space to work, with a small desktop. Two good sized towels and two hand towels in the bathroom, and range of toiletries. Good lighting. Very comfy bed with choice of pillows. Convenience store just down the road, but note it is self-service and does not take cash. Free WiFi, good speed, easy access on PC or Mac. Good location for central Tokyo. Parking - 2 spaces on site, plus 2-3 commercial car parks nearby, including one by the back entrance.

Location was great only short walk to Shamashi station

Room is small (as advised when booking) but if you have large suitcase it is difficult to manage as room is small. Room service hang your room facilities on your door each day, think the expectation is that you replace your own room service items and bedding, so would suit short stay light traveller.

Self service laundry was awesome! Not all hotels got this service. Warm welcome from the staffs as me and my daughter arrived late night due to flight time and a bit delay, we keep communicating about my arrival time :)

Very minimalist room but it’s ok as me and my daughter are small as well :)
