Great location for Shinbashi and the metro. The capsule was comfortable and the facilities were generally clean. The automated checkin was smooth.

No proper cooking area or common area- just a kettle and microwave next to a window bench with 5 seats when there are 20+ beds in the dorm. You can’t really, meet people or socialise because there is no space for it and you don’t want to disturb anyone who may be resting/sleeping in the dorm. If you’re a solo traveller, better to stay somewhere else.

Despite the tight spaces, this is the best hostel I've ever been on, regarding facilities, especially the toilets and showers! There was quality body oil, shampoo, moisturizer free to use in the showers, and a bunch of little complimentary toiletries. Getting in and out was super easy, and the beds are comfortable

If you don't have connection, it's gonna be hard to get in. I was lucky that their system was down, so they just gave me the password, because otherwise I would've had to register with email upon arrival, and I wasn't planning on buying a sim just for that. The capsules need a shelve inside for phone/book etc.

Harshana is a friendly and helpful host. The bathrooms / Showers are always clean. The temperature is consistent , a Humidifier is on the floor. Cold drinking water is available, I stayed here twice , four nights on each occasion. I will be back next year. Colin

It was superb quiet

Definitely need air vents in the the sleeping space as it was very hot at night with the curtains closed, as I was a female I needed privacy with the curtains. Other accommodation had little venents that sucked in the air-conditioning.

This capsule hotel is conveniently located, the bed was comfortable, and - at least when I stayed there - it was pretty quiet :)

It was a little bit messy (shoes, luggage etc. laying around on common ground spaces), but honestly nothing too bad!

Harshana is a good host and keeps the property clean. He is helpful. Close to Shimbashi station, post office, coin laundry and small small supermarket.

Smoking on the balcony, allows the smoke to come inside.

Loved the location, and the lay out of the accommodation and tea and coffee on offer.

Just needs more ventilation for the beds as it was very hot and needs little vents to suck the Aircon in :)

The location was very good. We could reached the place by walking. We also could take a shower and keep going our trip. What is more, I coud talk with other people there and they were very nice. Such a good experience!

I think the internet was not so good and sometimes the signal was not so strong in the beds.

The facility does not have enough utilities to cook..
