The breakfast was really tasty and had a lot of options! (e.g., baked goods, salmon, rice, miso soup, many other things). The location was very convenient (5 min walk to Shimbashi station) and there are several restaurants in the neighborhood. I was able to store my luggage before check-in, which was convenient. They also had different pillow options you could choose from at the front desk.

The room was very small for 2 people, which was to be expected for Tokyo. Tokyo is expensive, so $150 USD per night isn't unreasonable, but seemed a little high for the size of room. My friend (a solo traveler) found a room at unito shiodome across the street that was only $90 a night for a full size bed and a room bigger than our room, but unfortunately that hotel only accepted solo travelers.

Great location. Yes, the rooms are small, but that's just it in Tokyo. We stayed for one week and we managed. We had one big suitcase and one big backpack. We managed to fit both in the room and access our things. With two suitcases, it would have been too tight. Breakfast was good, not too many things but enough to make it for one week. They also had a selection of free drinks in the evening. Check-out is simple: you just throw the paper with the code to your room into the box in the elevator, and that's it.

I think this is the perfect utilitarian hotel. There were many things for travelers to feel comfortable that other hotels on our trip did not have; a multi-charging cable for different types of phones; a selection of additional pillows to choose from in the lobby; a great (and free) utilitarian breakfast buffet; a great selection of different bathroom amenities (lotion, cleansers, toothbrush, etc.). The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great, and it was and extra unplanned cool thing to have a view of Tokyo Tower from our room on the 10th floor. We were here 1 night in between traveling from Osaka to checking into our other Tokyo hotel and I booked it because it was a good value close to a great neighborhood (Ginza). I was very pleased with this stay.

Very well planned space with everything we needed in the room. It was very nice with the little space next to the reception desk where breakfast was served, and where drinks were available in the evening. Staff was super friendly. Perfect location for our departure the next day from the Hamamasutcho station (sorry if I misspelled) which was within walking distance- took us about 15 minutes to walk. There are also nice areas around the hotel with lots of restaurants and the nice park around Tokyo tower.

There is nothing I didn’t like. But the double bed was probably as small as 140 cm which is good to know. It didn’t bother us though!

Staff were fabulous, really helpful and friendly. Welcome gift of toiletries on arrival as well as a great selection of toiletries in the room and a help yourself section in the entrance. Loved the 'pillow bar'. You could take food and drinks in the breakfast area and it was used as a social space, free drinks available which included alcohol, (certain times).

The room had all you needed but was very compact, we could only open our cases on the bed (we appreciate the hotel is predominantly for business men).

The staff was super welcoming, and they even gave me a toiletry kit, which was a nice touch. The blackout curtains were a big win—I loved them! The breakfast was delicious, and I appreciated the free drink time. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the train station, and the bed was really comfy. I also liked that the door used a code instead of a key card, which was very handy.

I enjoyed my stay at Super Hotel, but just a small suggestion—adding options for coffee with milk or hot chocolate in the breakfast machine would be awesome!

I stayed there for two weeks at the end of October to the beginning of November and the staff were great: really friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the lady who supervised breakfast, she was lovely and towards the end of my stay we started to chat a little. If you see this, I'm the bald guy from London and I hope to see you in 2025 when I come back! The hotel was really clean. I especially liked the fresh towels you got everyday along with a complementary bottle of water. The dining area was really nice. Clean and a nice, natural feel to it, was more than happy to eat breakfast here. There was also a microwave so you could buy food from elsewhere, bring it back and heat it up and then sit in the same area and eat. Also a great location: only a 10 minute walk from Shimbashi station which has a lot of the main lines running through it and 20 minutes from Ginza and Tokyo Station. Also within walking distance of Tokyo Tower and Hamarikyu Gardens. I'm definitely planning to stay here again, when I hopefully return to Tokyo in 2025.

Room was small and I went for the larger one! But, I knew this would be the case as it was a businessman hotel so was expecting this. I got used to it and actually really liked it, really cosy at least! Bathroom was small but again, I was expecting this and was really clean so happy overall. The fridge was a nice addition and was a good size for my needs. The bed was really nice, really comfy!

Hotel is very new and very nicely decorated. They offer organic japanese breakfast, which is exceptional, and in the evenings different alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks are available for free in the dining room. Very good connectios of different public transports available near hotel.

Rooms are quite small but very optimised, bathroom are more like capsules, but easy to get used to. I would not recommend for “bigger sizes”.

Hotel is in a quiet location a 10 minute walk to Ginza. Convenience stores within 2 mins walk and the station is well connected to the main neighborhoods. Rooms are very compact but it was fine as a solo traveller. Hotel offers a traditional Japanese breakfast with some continental offerings like mini pastries. Staff are very helpful and will go above and beyond to help dispute the language barrier but nothing Google translate can't solve. I would recommend this chain of hotels to anyone ,as they have multiple locations across Japan.

The size of the room was compact but not unexpected for Tokyo. Was fine for a solo traveller but a couple with suitcases might struggle.

Very convenient location for my last night in Tokyo, 5 mins aways from Shinbashi Station with the Asakusa Line that gets you to Haneda. The room was very comfortable and cozy for one person and the staff is helpful. There are a few convenience stores nearby and some restaurants. The neighbourhood is calm. They kindly kept my luggages after check-out for a few hours!

The room is quite small, I couldn't open my medium-sized suitcase fully.
