The service here really impressed me! I arrived early and the front desk staff were super accommodating, happily holding my bags until check-in. When I came back later, my bags were already delivered to my room—talk about convenience! I also bought a ZIMOMO (and it was HUGE!), but no worries—I was able to use my conversational Japanese to ask the friendly staff which post office could handle my oversized package. They were so helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. Definitely felt like VIP treatment all the way!

While the service was excellent, the rooms did feel a bit worn down. The headboard, where the electrical outlets were, seemed a little old, though it still worked fine. The TV was on the smaller side, but it got the job done. I also wished there were more amenities available—especially given the room’s size and comfort. One downside was the microwave on the 10th floor—it had a coffee stain on it during my stay, which was a bit of a letdown. All in all, a solid stay, but with a few areas that could use a little TLC!

Very close to Shimbashi Station. Located in an area where there are plentiful of offerings of food and drinking places. Just like the other sites of the same name of this hotel chain rooms are typically small but serve its function and does meet the needs of guests. We booked our rooms fairly early and hence kept in touch with the hotel and informed them that we will be sending our luggages ahead from another city days before we arrived. On arrival and after checking in process which was fast and simple, we were told all our luggages are already in the room that are pre-allocated to us! And, on checking out the staffs also assisted and guided us to arrange for pick up and have our luggages delivered to the airport in advance. We were moving on to another city before flying off 2 days later. All in all we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Direct access to Lawson which is just behind the hotel lobby.

Only 1 washer and 1 dryer! So can be challenging for those needing to do laundry. Can't put luggages under the bed. Interesting bathroom cum toilet - glass panel door and glass panel on the side of bathroom wall facing the bed with roll-up screen to provide privacy.

Convenient location for transport and nightlife. There's an attached convenience store that you can visit without even leaving the hotel. Room is standard Sotetsu Fresa Inn quality.

It's in the lively nightlife area of Shimbashi, so just know what to expect when you're returning at night/leaving early in the morning, especially on weekends! The room is well sound-proofed so noise wasn't a problem.

This place is very well connected to Ginza,Asakusa,JR Yamanote Lines. It is super easy to start your day sightseeing and coming back to refresh yourself and go back hitting the roads again. The room has enough space to accomodate 2 big luggages and the bathroom was enough to accomodate relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The amenities they offer in the lobby are quite a lot and you can even borrow hair design tools from there. The hotel is connected to Lawson where you can enter through lobby for some late night snacking top. I felt safe in the area as a solo traveller also. When I visit Tokyo again I will consider staying here again.

The hotel is located quite close to the Shimbashi station, very handy as this station connects with plenty of metro and train lines. The zone also has lots of non-touristic restaurants and bars. The hotel offers a wide variety of free toiletries, and staff was quite helpful.

The rooms are quite small, even for Japan standards. Unfortunately, they will offer smoking rooms at lower prices, and once you have booked these, it is quite difficult to change to a non-smoking room. As in general in Japan, the English level of staff is not high enough to have proper conversations or ask complex questions.

Ticked all my boxes pre-trip and post-trip! Location was great, full of restaurants, pharmacies (to shop lol) and very close to the station once I found the shortcuts. Amenities and services were great - had to go to Osaka/Kyoto for a few days and they allowed to store my luggage as I had an upcoming booking there. Made it easy for me to navigate around Osaka & Kyoto with less luggage. Staff, cleanliness and other aspects you look for in a hotel is all there! Would definitely stay here again!

The only nitpick I have is I had a follow-up booking in a Superior room (stayed in Standard before) with the assumption that I would have clear views of the Tokyo Tower and unfortunately it was covered by other buildings. Maybe back then there weren't any new building developments and did not obstruct the view but there wasn't any clear view of the tower as I thought. My only regret is staying in the Superior Room and could've just opted for the Standard Room and would still experience the great amenities and services at a lower price. This doesn't affect my overall great stay here.

Literally had everthing here. - 4 minutes from the Shimbashi Station amazing. - Self-serve check-in, amenities e.g. self-serve pjs, toothbrush and toothpaste - provided, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair-dryer.(I didn't see an iron but they might have one) - direct access to Konbini that has microwave and hot water if needed - great servicing and they really do try their best with translation with the luggage delivery option. - elevator for luggage - 3 sets of washing machine and dryers which don't need your own washing powder for 300yen. Rooms were on the smaller side but great location and service.

Room was a little small and couldn't open suitcases properly, so would recommend an open top suitcase and there was only 3 washing machines and dryer but still fine if you wait a little.

Location was very convenient, just a short walk to the Shimbashi station, and lots of restaurants in the surroundings. Hotel was clean and staff very nice and helpful. English was a challenge sometimes (especially via the phone), but they were equipped with a translating device, so at the front desk itself it went well.

The rooms are really small. We of course knew that and chose for the hotel despite the rooms sizes, so this is more an information to other travellers. Especially if you are not travelling light or have a large suitcase, you will struggle to move around and place your suitcases. Space to unpack is also extremely limited. Something to think about :)

The property is in a very convenient location very close to Shimbashi station (which has train lines that go directly to Narita Airport). Facilities seem new and it is attached to a Lawson Convenience Store. They held our luggage when we arrived before our Check-in time which is always an appreciated service.

The room we stayed in had windows into the bathroom and the bathroom door was glass. They had blinds you could pull up or down but it was a bit of an odd experience. However, I don’t know if all rooms are like that and it worked okay for us.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the subway station and many restaurants. The room is a bit small, but it was manageable. You can also find many supplements at the entrance. The Staff was very helpful, we had a small problem with the Shingansen tickets, and the staff helped us to call and explained the situation. We also used the luggage delivery service and worked perfectly. If we ever come back to tokyo again, will definitely book here again!
