Very nice warm welcome easy check in service. Cabin was clean and had an amazing sleep ( not much noise for a Friday night ) by far the best cabin I have used for the money and location.

Not the company fault but could not use the spa because of my tattoos.

There are fewer First Cabin locations these days compared to several years ago. This one is located in between two Mita line stations and the immediate neighborhood is very quiet at night. Convenience stores and small supermarkets are not too far away on the main roads. The rooms are comfortable but they are semi private. There's no door to lock, only curtains to close. But they are definitely more comfortable than the typical capsules you might find elsewhere. The public bath is a highlight and good way to relax and rejuvenate after a full day's activities.

I would prefer if there were lockers for the hand luggage and if the pods were lockable.

All the vicinities were very clean and looked new. The sento bath was nice and the vanity area had both curling and straightening irons as well as hairdryers!

I went in summer and the AC function in the capsule/cabin didn’t really work so it was a bit hot..

It was clean and modern and very good value for money.

The beds were a little hard and other people coming into the area woke me but I am a light sleeper, my partner had no issues.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at a First Cabin property in Tokyo. Always an excellent value, immaculately clean and friendly and helpful staff. I have already booked one more stay at the end of my current trip.

Noisy curtain Super hot toilet area

Wanted to try out capsule hotels but wasn't quite ready to try the super tiny ones. This was just perfect: staff at the reception spoke fluent english both at check in and check out, capsule was essentially just a bed but that's all I needed and the facilities were way bigger with more ammenities (toiletires, hair dyers, hair irons, towels, pyjamas, coin laundry and dryer, dedicated working desks at the reception etc) than expected. For big luggage that can't fit in the capsule there was a dedicated storage space with a fixed railing so guest could even lock their luggage close to their capsule instead of the reception. Something that depends on personal preference: the mattress was very hard. I prefer this to the typically overly soft hotel mattresses but for people that prefer soft mattresses, this may be an issue.

The curtain to close the capsule doesn't close all the way (by design) and always leaves a ca. 10cm gap at the bottom. The other guests were very quiet and the noise insulation to the bath area is terrific, but in a more crowded time or with less considerate other guests this may let in quite some noise. There was only one western style shower and 4 japanese style ones for approximately 60-70 rooms (female floor) and they are all on the same floor despite there being two floors with capsules. It wasn't crowded during my stay and my capsule was on the same floor as the shower area, but if it's more crowded there might quite the wait for a shower to be free.

Location not the best but only a ten minute walk from the TV tower.

The hospitality was just awesome. Provide breakfast so you don't have to walk far to find and the room was very spacious as a capsule room.

The location is a bit far from the food areas but the food options there were lit! It's also about 15mins walk to Tokyo Tower so not gonna complain!
