Location is perfect for a short visit to Tokyo, it's a short walk from the North end of the monorail from the airport and great train links to Tokyo. The hotel is on a quiet backstreet just next to a convenience store with many cafe and restaurant options in the area for breakfast and evening meals. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel provided many useful accessories.

Nothing much at this price. The double bed only had access on one side and the end.

The hotel is clean and quiet, in a good location with Daimon and Hamamatsucho stations close by (5 minutes walking). Plenty of mini-marts and eateries nearby, and McDonald's and KFC just five minutes away. Staff are friendly. The room is small as per normal in Tokyo. There are two washing machines in the laundry room.

There is no breakfast facility. And although there are two washing machines there is no drier, and hanging up wet clothes around the room is complicated bearing in mind the very limited space; an extendible chord in the bathroom would be useful. The rate was somewhat high compared to others, I would search harder next time for a better deal.

Lovely staff, thoughtful touches (coffee, tea, pjs, etc) and functional, practical rooms despite the small size. Clean and comfortable. Good location on the Yamanote line and waking distance to a lot of places. Far less touristy as it is a business district. We really enjoyed escaping the crowds and coming back here after full days exploring Tokyo. The area has a great vibe mid week after work as all the business people go out. Convenient Family Mart attached to the hotel and Lawsons and 7/11 just down the road as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Sheets were not changed when they were supposed to. Perhaps it was our fault for not asking, not sure. Very minor thing, not a deal breaker.

Absolutely can't complain. For a reasonably low cost you get an excellent location with monorail links to Haneda airport, and several train times around the city. Staff were fabulous. Hotel was clean. And they had so many amenities from hair brushes to moisturizer you basically didn't need to bring anything! Absolutely would use again as a base to explore Tokyo and the surrounding areas.

Standard business class hotel in Japan being a bit small and the soundproofing isn't 100%. But actually sound wise much better than I feared as it's near a major road and there were large works going on at the station. Was good enough that it didn't disturb sleep, but you could hear things in the early morning and late evening.

The room was like what I expected it to be after reading the reviews. It was clean but small, basic but you can pick up the extras from the front counter. There's a Family Mart below which helps with everything else. It's really nice that it's near the train station that gets you directly to Haneda, Narita and many of the major destinations. The humidifier in the room is a nice touch - helps with drier seasons like winter.

Utilization of space could be better. The room could also do well with more hooks. We can't hang some of our clothes because of this. Not much common space to wait or rest within the hotel compound, except for the small sofa at registration.

Was conveniently located 5mins from two train stations, surrounded with many restaurants/cafes/convenience stores. We booked a twin room and though it was slightly cramped (as most Tokyo hotel rooms are) we found that it was really comfortable for the 3-4 short days that we were there. Rooms were cleaned everyday which always left a pleasant smell of linen whenever we returned from a long day. Our room was on the 6th floor which was a 20second walk to the washer/dryer. You can also very easily take the monorail to haneada airport from the train stations. PS you can ask the front desk for a scale to weigh ur luggages

NIL - we enjoyed our stay!

My wife and I are both active 71 year olds who have been to Japan many times. The hotel room was small and comfortable and so close to everything. We are also staying there at the end of our trip because the hotel is so close to the Hamamatsucho monorail station which is just a 16 minute ride to Haneda Airport. So convenient for our early morning flight back to Australia.

We loved everything. The staff organised a luggage transfer for us so we could avoid the move across Tokyo with huge bags full of what my wife calls "bargains". So the thing I don't like is my wife's shopping. Hahahaha.

What’s not to like about this hotel? The location is excellent, 5 minutes away from two major stations, 15 minutes from Haneda airport on the Tokyo monorail. Right on its doorstep there’s a Family Mart for everything you need, a multitude of restaurants and bars around, the Tokyo Skytree a 15 minute walk away. The rooms are small but they’re small everywhere in Tokyo so don’t expect much in that regard. It’s spotlessly clean and the service is as you would expect in Japan. Will definitely stay here again.

No dislikes

We really liked the friendly staff and location of the hotel. The hotel has a convenience store on the ground floor and is located on a quiet, cozy street. Overall, the part of the city was great - quiet, but in the city center, in between main tourist areas like Ginza and Shibuya, near Tokyo Tower, and a metro/train station in 5 min walk.

The room was extremely small, but there were bigger ones, so you have to see what room you choose

Assistance with luggage (leaving it next to the hotel lobby for a half-day), renting an umbrella when it was rainy. The close proximity to a Family Mart- exceptional!

I wanted to ask for an additional down pillow (we had one down and one foam pillow). Unfortunately, I was not able to get an additional down pillow from the lobby staff (the foam pillow hurt my neck). Fortunately, I once saw the cleaning crew, and they were able to find me an additional pillow, which I really appreciated!
