Room and hotel were very clean, underbed stroage was such a great feature, and the room set-up was very efficient for a typical tiny Tokyo hotel room. While rooms are not cleaned everyday (seems to be standard practice these days, in the US as well), clean towels and instant coffee/tea were left everyday at the door, and fresh kimonos! Staff was excellent and spoke English. The location was very close to the metro, and although quiet, there was a 7-11 across the street, and a few restaurants within a block or two. We ate at a place called Farmers Chicken just down the street, and it was delicious. Like all of our experiences in Japan, this hotel was wonderful.

Great location, super close to Tamachi Station. Staff were friendly. But the reception area felt cramped when lots of guests with suitcases were waiting. Self-check-in screen was confusing, and staff response was a bit slow. Only two elevators for many floors, so wait times were longer. Bed was a bit too firm for my liking. Decent stay overall, but some things could be improved.

It suited my purpose well of providing an easy place to stay with restaurants nearby for an early business meeting the next day. By the way, I really recommend going to Shinpachi Shokudo for a delicious grilled fish breakfast starting at 7am.

The room was small, but well-arranged and clean. Bathroom came with nice amenities. Location is right across the street and/or down the block from multiple train station entrances, and there were convenience stores nearby too. The eco-friendly model meant no cooling until you arrive and insert your key, but the rooms cool quick.

I wish there was more than one washer & dryer. Having one for the whole building makes it a bit of a battle royale. Perhaps one on one of the upper floors in addition to the one in the lobby would be enough, though it's possible that I visited during an unusually busy period and usually there's little competition.

The hotel is located 3 minutes away from the Mita station and is very convenient to get from Haneda airport. Closer to the Shiba Park I found really nice cafes (Beyond the Box ❤️). The staff is very friendly and helpful and I used their service to keep the baggage before check-in and after check-out. Rooms are clean and have everything needed. And I liked to idea of showing wi-fi password on a TV — safes time during check-in time. Highly the recommend this hotel branch!

Room was small but as expected in Japanese nob-luxury/ business type hotels. About 10 minute walk from Tamachi and Mita Station but need to specify that there are no elevators or escalators on the Mita Station exit closest to the hotel so need to take note when bringing luggage.

Great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room size is decent for Tokyo, just big enough for 1 person.

The lifts would get congested in the mornings, and my room wasn't cleaned properly on the day I checked in, there was an excessive amount of dust and the bedding wasn't changed, it had a stain and a hairband, cleaning standards probably dropped due to being fully booked.

Room was clean, very friendly and helpful front desk staff, housekeeping staff will provide clean towels and nightwear even when you did not request housekeeping, full housekeeping service every three days.

Centralized heating system with no way to adjust the temperature inside the room. (My room was too hot and the front desk staff loaned me a portable AC unit, very much appreciated).

Location and value for money is good. However if you are expecting a comfortable space for a family, this is not for you. Room is good for 2 people only.

Provision for drinking water bottle daily must be provided thou it was not. The hotel only have 1set of Microwave oven and laundry machine which uncomfortable for us.

Very good location, close to subway.Clean. Supportive an kind staff. Also they stored our luggages free.

Only one elevator, shortage. The bed was overused and “sat out” so the matrace needs to be changed. Very tiny room, we could not put our luggages anywhere and no any selves.

Staff went beyond with professional service - they were so polite and keen to help us with lots of questions and needs. They were happy for us to send packages / bags to other hotels and to receive them too. Rooms were clean (we stayed in two separate occassions, one room could use a bit of update) and location so convenient. Will use again when in Tokyo!

Nothing really. No facilities - like spa service, but it is expected.
