I liked how clean and quiet it was! All the guests were respectful, and I fell asleep immediately after putting my phone down. Location was great too, no transfers needed from Narita airport, and if you go outside the building, you can see the Tokyo tower right away without anything blocking the view. I was surprised by the quality of the shampoo and conditioner; my sensitive hair did really well afterwards.

There was only one tablet to check in, and I was a bit frustrated to wait in line for a while with all my luggage and felt cramped in such a small space. I would've appreciated it if I could do it on my phone via a QR code or something, just like how check out was. I tried to use the washing machine and realised I needed 5 100yen coins minimum. A coin exchange machine could help a lot.

The room was exactly what I got offered on booking.com. The check-in happened by myself through a tablet kiosk, since I have arrived in the middle of the night. However, the self-check-in was smooth and user friendly. Everything was well explained and getting into the room was not difficult at all.

The WiFi worked probably but the access details provided in my room did not work. It did not bother me since I stayed for one night anyway. However, if I would wanted to work and neede wifi it would not worked out and for that no staff would have been available for troubleshooting until the next day.

It's convenient to Takeshiba Pier, and I needed a place after returning late from the ferry to Miyakejima. It met all my needs. I'm 72 years old, and most of the others in the women's dormatory were very young ladies, but everything went fine, even climbing the ladder to my top cubby-hole! There's a good handle to grab & the hall lights are on all night, so even my nightly trips to the toilet were easy enough to manage.

Can't complain about anything concerning the property. Of course, finding places in Tokyo can be tricky because GPS tracking among the tall buildings is iffy at best, so I usually start off in the wrong direction out of the train/metro station, and the tracker on my phone doesn't know that until I've done a block or two in the wrong direction. I guess it would be good if booking.com could provide better directions leaving the station. They wimp out and their app tells you to take a taxi, but there usually aren't any to be seen.

They gave free toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, earplugs, slippers, and towels), which was not expected. In case you're staying more days you can "refill". Check-in with tablets, so although you may give an estimated time of arrival, this still guarantees flexibility.

Only one shelf in the capsule bed, so if you have many things you have to leave them outside. There were no coin lockers for valuables (e.g., PCs, iPads, etc.). To be fair I did not ask, maybe they had them and I didn't see them.

It is well situated, 5 minutes walking from the stations Mita and Tamachi, and with Family Mart and Lawson 400 meters down the street. It’s really clean, the whole place is cleaned eveyday around 11AM. You can have access to clean towels, they are changed every day. There are hair dryers, mirrors, sinks and stools. In each shower room you have a small space before when you can put your clothes. Inside the shower there are shampoo, bodywash and conditionner. The bed are made of solid planks, so even if the person under you or above you is moving, you don’t hear it. The curtain is black and can be rolled all the way down, so that you really have your own space.

The noise, I had in my bed some kind of small vent that was giving all sounds from outside. Even with closing the blades, I could still hear everything. Not a real storage room for luggages, just a space next to the entrance doors. There are cameras but people can enter this area wihtout any code.

Very good for the price. Location was okay but I mainly stayed there to get to the airport the next day. The rooms were quite stuffy and hot but otherwise okay. The windows made the curtains bang and it was quite noisy. The ladder up to my bed was difficult to use but I think that's because I was in an end bed near the windows. They had cameras up in the rooms which was disconcerting at first but good for security. I could leave my bags behind for the day when I checked out. No locked secure space but again they had cameras in the area.

The location is nearby 2 train stations making it very accessible. When I cross the overpass pedestrian crossing I see the Tokyo tower which is a nice photo opportunity. The mattress in the dorm was very comfortable and you have enough space and.privacy even if you share the dorm with 20 people. The shower, toilet and laundry area was well laid out , multiple people could get ready at the same time. There is also complimentary bath soap ,conditioner, shampoo, toothbrush and extra towels for consumption.

The room has no locker and space to stow away the luggage. Every occupants suite case is open on the floor and little to no passage way to walk on. Check-in was a little bit of a struggle as their self check-in tablet failed to check me in. I need to wait for the front desk which is not available until 3pm.

Everything was so good and I really felt comfortable staying in the hotel. I’m a person that sweat easily during summer but the air conditioning in the hotel was on always so the room is cool. And also location of hotel is very convenient with just few minutes of walk always from Mita Station and Tamachi Station.

The lock to the room may be a bit noisy when unlocking but only if you sleep near to the door, otherwise all is fine.

I came to the hotel with a friend so beforehand we requested to be close to each other, and the hotel responded promptly to our request by putting my friend at the bottom bunk and I got the one above hers. Upon arrival, the capsule I stayed in and the shared facilities were clean and seemed to be well taken care of. There is also a lock for each dorm so not just anyone can waltz in as you need a code to unlock it. Each bed also had blackout blinds you could pull all the way down for privacy in each capsule. The wifi, plug, and light inside each capsule worked well with no issues either. I stayed in a unisex dorm with a majority of other foreigners and everyone was quite respectful during their stays and was quiet in the evenings.

The only bummer was that there wasn't a secure place to lock your belongings away as the hotel is generally a shared space. I put most of my valuables in a coin locker at the station close by to play it safe since I used the hotel as a place to sleep and freshen up.

This hotel was very convenient, due to its proximity to many major attractions (including Tokyo Tower, which we could see upon exiting the hotel). The beds were comfortable, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. The hotel was also affordable, which isn't always the case in Tokyo.

This appeared to be a newer hotel, and some areas were still under construction, so it did have the feel of a place that wasn't put all the way together.
