Tamachi station is close to a lot of local residents. It's not a touristy area and that's also why I feel safer here. If you don't mind taking the metro (like 10 - 20 mins) to go sightseeing, this place is really perfect. The room was big and so was the toilet. It's not easy to find a big bathroom with this price in Japan. Their morning buffet is also pretty standard, it's similar to a mini version of the food they provide in hotels in America or England--Western food, with some Japanese cuisine and dessert. Also, their staff speaks English. p.s. If you are a coffee addict, you could go to passage coffee shop which is around 10 mins walk from the hotel. You get a nice view of tokyo tower as you walk towards the shop.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful, and I was especially impressed by the cleanliness. The only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure that the reception staff is well-informed about local vegetarian dining options. I had asked for recommendations and was directed to a complex near Tamachi Station, but none of the restaurants there offered vegetarian options. As vegetarianism is quite common in Europe, it might be helpful to have more detailed information available for guests who don’t eat meat.

Near Tamachi station, have a beautiful neighbourhood . You can sit and relax in the riverside near here. The best amenity ever, the provide all skincare you need from facial wash to moisturizing cream, and it goes well for my dry and sensitif skin. A lot of convenience store around it. The best in my journey

Clean rooms. Staff were very helpful. Bath amenities are available. Kettle and fridge in the room. Daily housekeeping on request. Quiet. Easy 5 min walk to Tamachi and Mita station. Straight train available from Narita and Haneda airports. Able to checkout and hold the baggage at the hotels. Takes 20-30 min to get to Shinjiku or Asakusa.

Google directions from Mita station to the hotel involves stairs. Need to look around to locate elevators to avoid carrying luggage over stairs. This is a Japan thing and not really anything to do with the hotel.

The Shizutetsu Hotel Prezio Tokyo Tamachi location was excellent. Several convenience stores and a number of restaurants nearby. Many more shopping and dining options available at the Tamachi Station which is less than a ten minute walk away. Additional subway lines can be accessed at the Mita Station just a few minutes farther. The Tokyo or Shinagawa stations for connections to the Shinkansen high speed trains were only a couple stops away. We purchased Narita Airport Express to Shinagawa and Shinagawa to Temachi tickets from the airport JR office to get to the hotel. We also picked up and loaded a Suica card while there, it makes getting around Tokyo convenient and easy. The hotel was very nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Room as expected was quite small with two single beds and individual bedside lights for night reading. Enjoyed the deep tub to soak tired feet but it was a bit short. Our room looked out onto a canal. With other people generally out and about nearby, it felt quite safe. All in all, a great place to serve as a base for exploring Tokyo!

The hotel is a short walk from both Tamachi station and Mita station, making it easy to commute across Tokyo. There are also lots of convenience stores, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Compared to other hotels in the city, the room (including the bathroom) was a good size and all the on-site facilities were well maintained and clean. Check-in and check-out was via a self-service machine, but from our brief interactions with the staff they all seemed polite and professional.

Hotel is in a convenient location, near Tamachi Station and several konbini. The rooms were clean and the layout was better than some hotels we’ve stayed at.

We asked about late check out up on arrival and were told we could pay for several extra hours, if needed, and were told to take care of it on check out day. When we went back to inquire again, we were told late check out was for only one hour even though we only needed the room until 5 pm. We ended up having to book an additional night. Clearly there was a miscommunication between staff and us.

The free coffee was excellent! And i liked the fact that there was unlimited supply of body lotion, facial oil, etc, which were available at the lobby for us to help ourselves to. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean.

Only thing i did not like was that there was BBC news available on TV but there was a Japanese translator translating everything into Japanese at the same time as the English broadcast was on, and hence, I could not hear the English news at all. Apart from this, everything was good.

Property location was perfect. Friendly staff. Comprehensive breakfast. Loved that you could select cleaning or no cleaning. If no cleaning was selected then they would drop off towels, bottled water and tea on the door. Vending machine, microwave and laundry facilities were convenient. The fabric freshener spray was a nice touch that smelled really good. I’m sad I didn’t get a picture of it to be able to buy for myself at home.

Overall, the high traffic/touch areas of room were clean; however, there were a few smudges on the walls that hadn’t been cleaned.

Hotel is more premium than we expect, considering the price, the location (in Tamachi, as part of Minato-ku), and all hotel interior and facility and setting. Exceeding our expectation. We like our stay in Tamachi, Minato-ku, many sight seeing around this area. Very convenient as in center of Tokyo, at least three convenient stores outside the hotel on the same street, and many more restaurants, and coffee shops around. This area also have many office buildings, and very convenient to go to Haneda Airport (reason why we choose). Hotel itself, very friendly to travelers, clean and good services. Inside room, not very big, we say fair, as you are in such premium area. All functions are well designed, all good.
