I stayed at LiVEMAX Mita Ekimae for 9 days with my partner and two children (13 and 10). We had two connected single rooms which let the young ones have their own space but not be entirely unsupervised. We were initially concerned at the size of the beds before our arrival, as the listing stated a double bed per room, however the images on the website made the beds look smaller than they actually are; the double beds comfortably allowed space for two adults. The hotel is a few minutes walk from two different train lines (Yamanote and Teoi Mita) so travel is easy and it is surrounded by convenience stores and local restaurants if you're needing a meal at the end of your day.

I really liked it here. Minato is the area of Tokyo where I feel most comfortable. The hotel is very well located. I loved the big 7/11 across the street where you can serve yourself. There's also a FamilyMart behind the hotel. A short walk to Mita entrances but often it was more efficient to go a bit further to Tamachi Sta, and then it didn't take long to go to places like Shibuya. The price was very reasonable, the staff were polite and I enjoyed the layout of the room which was more spacious than the other hotels I stayed at. I was able to walk to a chemist and to a Bible study meeting without trouble. Being new, the hotel's in very good condition and it was so handy having a microwave in the room! I think I'll stay here next time 😉

Cozy room, great for solo traveling, 10 minutes or so from the yamanote line (which was very handy for visiting Tokyo for the first time). The air conditioner works all the time, even without the key card, which was a big bonus. A private bathroom with everything you need and more, friendly staff but not all of them speak English. Overall wonderful location, close to 2 big convenience stores, located in a neat business area of Tokyo, yet with great access to places to eat, also walkable distance from Tokyo tower. Would recommend for the price!

Very strict when it comes about checking in and out. It is not allowed to store your luggage, a big downside for me personally. The staff doesn't speak English (I got lucky with 1/10 who did), but they are easygoing and with translation it's just fine. The windows do not open, but you have an air cleaner and air conditioner. There's no view from the window. It was very hot in the lobby and in the lift, even during the rainy season.

The front desk person was really nice and spoke enough english to make communication possible. She was very helpfull : I did not know how to dispose of the trash but she helped me twice with it. The room was not noisy, this is nice.

It was exceptional. I did Star Wars celebration and location from the hotel couldn't have been better. Also, facilities and comfort were great. The staff was professional and friendly.

Its a great place near station so everything was close, cross the street is 7/11 and on back side is Lawson so when you forget something you have it really close

Everything is good, except because they don't have a storage to leave your luggage when you do the check out. That was the only hotel in Japan where didn't allow to leave it for that day.

Very good location. Spacious clean room, nice and helpful staff. However, there is no space for storage as lobly is very small.
