Clean and comfortable. Great bed. Good sized fridge. Deep bath & powerful shower. The bath salts were a wonderful touch!

On my last day the door was opened by staff & another person (I assume due to some mistake) while I was inside - no knocking so took me by surprise. No explanation. They quickly left but it felt unsettling as a single female traveller.

We had a tiny but very clean room. The bed was comfy. There’s a coin laundry on the ground floor, a nice alternative to expensive laundry service. Loved the location - JR Tamachi station is just in 7 mins walk, conbinis and a pharmacy nearby. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. Also the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They received our JR passes prior to our check-in, and later on getting our Amazon parcel shipped there was not a problem either.

Our room was 11 m2 which I didn’t realise was bot enough for two people. The room was so narrow I couldn’t even open my suitcase fully. But that was a minor inconvenience as we were out and about all day long anyway. Also, couple of times room service gave us stained towels and the pajamas weren’t so white.

Location! Near alot of convenience stores, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. Peaceful area close to tamachi JR and mita station. Toei Asakusa line gets you to both haneda and narita airport with their limited express service which stops at mita too. From this location, it's about the same travel time vs narita express from shinagawa. Room also had a kettle which was useful for boiling water for cup noodles and cup miso soups 😃. There was a mini fridge too which was useful. Loads of toiletries to take from the lobby. The facial cream works wonders in the dry winter air.

Room was quity cramp, then again, norm for major japanese cities. Table was small.

5 minute walk from train station with a mall full of English friendly stores. Also a convenience store just outside the building with two more around the block. The hotel was cheap and had a coin laundry on site. There were also no touts anywhere around the location as it was located near a elementary school so the security of the location going home at night was great as even children were walking 10 pm at night without a worry even though the hotel was in an alleyway.

I thought the rooms were really big compared to the average 3 star hotel in tokyo and you can store luggage under the bed making more room even for a single room. But I thought the beds were rock hard and the chair provided had a back that was so small you could fall over backward if you leaned back too hard. The thermostat only went down to 20 c instead of 18 c like other hotels.

The Property is quite close to Tamachi Station -East Exit (JR Yamonte Line) and well connected from NRT Airport - Kensei Sky liner - Nippori - Tamachi - 1 hour which is quite well connected The place is very near the station - walk by 4-5 min u reach the hotel the area is quite good The rooms are small as per Japan standard but very clean and good buffet options Lots of Lawson around so no issues plus a lot of restaurants around as it an office area so lots of offire going people and local crowd to see if u like this croud Behind is the hotel (back lane) there is a good indian restaurant so no worries for veg lovers as we ate our food there The owner of the India restaurant is quite good and very welcoming so I would recommend to visit his hotel Overall very well experience We could travel across Tokyo main attractions as it was in the center of all locations and JR green line so worth it Very clean hotel and must stay

Just small rooms However ok

The amenities were amazing, the cleaning service was also great, very attentive and friendly staff that always made you feel welcome, and the location was perfect, the room was extremely clean, the WiFi was outstanding and the water pressure was better than my own in my own home so I e a massive win

Well, the room was extremely small, and that isn’t something I’d say I don’t like, it’s just something to be mindful of.. it says it sleeps 3 when in reality it was pretty crowded with just me and my partner inside, also for me the bed was extremely uncomfortable and that goes for the pillow also,, that is the only reason I couldn’t put exceptional, otherwise I would have.. the biggest question is would I stay there again.. the answer is absolutely yes.. (albeit I’ll bring my own pillow) lol

location and facilities at hotel were excellent, staff were super helpful and they provided everything you could need in the foyer (from hairbrushes, toothbrushes, soap, tea, coffee etc) 5 min walk to station which seemed to be central as could get everywhere from there. Was opposite a canal which was nice and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle. Tons of restaurants on your doorstop.

Rooms were small but to be expected in Tokyo (even with an upgrade to a bigger room) only downside was pillows were awful and maid service insisted on cleaning every 3 days (normally not a problem but after a 13 hour flight with jet lag didn't really want this at start) but that is me being picky, overall very happy with hotel and everything that came with it

Amazing value for money. Very close to a Tokyo metro station, and especially handy if you're going to or coming from Haneda airport. You'll notice it's more of an office/working area, but there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The facilities and amenities are pretty good, and beds are comfortable. The double room is a bit small but if you're going to only sleep there it's perfectly adequate. The bathroom and tub are very nice and the room also comes with a kettle, mini fridge, etc. We did not use it, but they also have a laundry service.

It's our family's 1st time in Japan and people spoke about how rooms are tight and beds are small however we fitted comfortably in the extra large bed. The room was spacious for 2 adults and our presschooler. It was nice to have a window that we could open for fresh air instead of having ac. The rooms are clean, facilitiew are well kept and staff are very approachable. The hotel is close to Tamachi station, restaurants, convenient and grocery stores and other amenities.

I wouldn't say I didn't like but I just wish there were a bit more food option for breakfast to cater for foreign guests especially younger families with children. Still overall a very nice hotel to stay in.

Second time coming here, one of the best quality / price / location. Very close to Tamachi station which is perfect considering it's on the Yamanote Line (giving you access to most popular areas in Tokyo) and easily reachable from both Haneda and Narita Airport. To top it off, it's close to Shinagawa where you can get the Shinkansen (if you plan to visit other large cities in Japan like Kyoto or Osaka). The hotel also allows you to leave your luggage there if you're coming back later - so if you plan to go backpacking in the countryside you can leave all the heavy suitcases there and travel with the strict mimimum.

The only negative aspect that I can find is that the rooms are fairly small, so if you have a large suitcase it can be quite a struggle to find space to keep it open. But honestly that's the case of most hotel rooms in Tokyo that are on the affordable side, so it's just a nitpick.
