The beach and pools are really great! The room was very comfortable, very good bed, and ac. It's probably the best option in the area to spend a few nights. The hotel has a huge crew maintaining the property. Breakfast was good at the hotel, but lunch and dinner menu tasted bland, but it was passable for a few days. You need a car if you want to get out to eat, no restaurant or supermarket within walking distance. Suggest arranging for a return pickup if you take an Uber from the capital or airport. Uber has no service here. The taxis out front were charging double rate. This area is underdeveloped right now.

The people working there were the highlight of my stay, as well as the bed, food and facilities.

The first room that was given to us had a view of a building that was under construction, with its workers wandering around. This meant that if we were to open our curtains, we would have zero privacy. I think if you were to have female guests staying there, whoever assigns the rooms should be aware of where each room is. Having said that, the guy at the front desk was nice enough to give us another room. Another that I dislike was that I found a cockroach in my bed, which is not a big deal for me but maybe rooms should be doubled checked before someone enters. All in all, it’s a nice place and I would stay again.

Fantastic resort with several swimming pools and and an awesome infinity pool with a bar. Direct access to a huge beach. Friendly staff, safe place, tasty food - overall we enjoyed staying at this resort a lot!

Regarding our room, the shower needs an upgrade to be on par with the rest of the hotel. Food service sometimes took a while, but we were on vacation, so it did not matter much :) Limited choice for breakfast sometimes.

The food is good, but the lack of coffee, I believe they need to improve that due of a lot of people love coffee and remember El Salvador is a coffee producer.

Due to the rainy season, the room has a dripping wall from the ceiling to the bottom, and I believe they need to work on maintenance of the place; however, other than that I love it, I will be back soon.

The beach is amazing and the pools as well. My son is insisting that I must say the Arcade room was great :-) Room was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast was small, had limited options and was not that good in comparison with other places in El Salvador. We enjoyed the lunch and diner menus. We expected more flexibility from the staff when we asked to stay longer the day of our departure.

Food the day we arrived was ok, and breakfast, but We decided to stay and have lunch was a lost, none of us were satisfied, I order a mariscada and it was horrible. we order calamars and were squishy, not crispy, my daughter order the same tipico from night before and she could taste the difference, in general nobody was happy with lunch. rooms are in need of upgrade, we stayed in the suite and we have to asked to be clean, drinks are very expensive due that not good quality and needed to ask for doubles.

the infinity pool, we enjoy there, in reality we just enjoyed the pool and beach a little.

Wonderful location! There could have been more options for food but what we did order tasted really good. The beds were comfortable but a little high for the kids. Wishing there was a drink/food package but other than that, the location and the pools were amazing. Needed more towels but when we asked, they gave us more. We will be coming back!

The beach and the swimming pools were very nice. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Food was good, nothing exceptional, but priced fairly. Breakfast was included in our rate; we paid for drinks and other meals. Easy access from the nearby international airport.

Property is undergoing renovations to the public areas. This might be off-putting to some, but it didn't directly affect us per se. Lobby reception area is not air-conditioned and it was very uncomfortable inside while checking in.

There were a lot of nice areas to chill out and the room was modern. The food was good also. They held fantastic entertainment for nye- it completely exceeded my expectations. Wifi worked fine too.

Service was sometimes slow, but it was busy.
