Amazing ocean side hotel with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. The room was clean and had an ocean view. Falling asleep to the waves crashing was peaceful. The access to the ocean during low tide was fantastic! Customer service by all the staff was exceptional. The food was delicious and all waiters were kind and attentive. The food took a while to be prepared but it was worth the wait. Overall great experience and will be recommending to others!

The only thing I wish the hotel provided is a car service to El Tunco beach or surrounding areas. They were able to call a taxi service for us but the drivers attended to other people. It would have been nice to have a dedicated driver provided by the hotel. Also, because it was a weekend, weddings were being held so it was a bit loud near our room but weddings ended before midnight and the windows blocked out the noice when closed.

Absolutely stunning ocean views from the property. Sunrise and sunset over the ocean were amazing to watch, and the ocean waves crashing into the shore below the hotel was beautiful. The outdoor restaurant overlooking the ocean was amazing. Having meals while looking out at the ocean was wonderful, and the waiters and staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.

We did not have any wifi in our hotel room, despite several requests to the front desk. They eventually had us connect to the restaurant wifi, which barely worked, but all 3 of our phones were constantly losing connection to all of the SSIDs that they provided. I love the hotel, but the wifi issue has made me reluctant to visit the hotel again if I expect to be working remotely during my stay.

This place is awesome! I would highly recommended, the staff is over the top accommodating, the food was delicious and at a very good price. I would come back to this place

Of course no location is perfect and my feedback is that I would’ve liked to have had a way to get to the beach but you can’t get down to the beach from this place. The public restrooms could’ve been a bit cleaner and when we were by the lounge area there was a very strong drain smell as well as the restrooms

I loved the view and the breakfast as well. The music at the bar could have been altered to the current guests staying there but everything was great otherwise.

THE SMELL OF THE GARBAGE AS SOON AS YOU ARRIVE. It hits you immediately. Both of the girls I was with with were skeptical about entering the hotel due to the smell outside. The person who helped us with the bags assured us it was only that trash area that was like that.

The property is breathtaking from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. The best campgrounds, design, comfort. The pools, the sunbathing areas, the bar and restaurant are phenomenal. The views are spectacular, the staff very accommodating. The food is the best in town... a great menu with excellent taste and presentation on every plate. The staff it very pleasing and accommodating.

Great location to move around la libertad and visit nearby beaches like majahual, el palmarcillo, zunzal, San Blas, and also the malecon. Staff is friendly, and the cleaning crew keeps the rooms always clean . The view is great, and the infinity pool is perfect to relax after a day of touring around la libertad.

The gym equipment needs maintenance.

Hands down the best part of the Hotel was the staff. Everyone was truly friendly and even remembered our names and was very nice to my daughter. I do not recall everyones names but truly everyone was spectacular. The hotel also had amazing views that are one of a kind.

The main lobby is in need of some cooling or fans, it gets very hot and humid if you sit there more than a few minutes. The gym could also use some improvements like some free weights and also one of the treadmills was not working properly, the bench was deteriorating. the gold machine also was missing a pin that is used to select the weight so i was unable to use it during my stay.

I loved the environment, the employees, the pool and bar access as well as servers. The food was delicious the restaurant was amazing five star meals. The free breakfast was a plus with great selections.

I didn’t like the showers I feel like that’s something that could be improved in the near future. Especially the shower heads the need to be improved.

Everything! The hotel is very secure, there’s always security walking around and patrolling the hotel. The employees are so helpful and friendly. The food was good, drinks were fantastic and the views were just spectacular!
