The breakfast and staff were exceptional. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodated me very well. The entire hotel was clean and beautiful.

It must be noted that the walls were thin and didn't keep out noise. You could hear the guest in the next rom talking. It was muffled but you could still hear them. You could hear moving chairs and drawers slamming shut. There is also the issue of the staff talking right outside the door of the room for 10-15 minutes and being able to hear very clearly what they were talking abut at 6am in the morning. Even when they are moving the carts down the walk way at 6am its makes one unable to sleep.

Very clean, welcoming place. The location is great, close to a main park, where everyone goes to walk, run and play sports. Even though the staff don't really speak English they try not to get too frustrated when I communicate with my limited Spanish. Breakfast is great, and I had a good sleep each night I was there.

Only negative points are the occasional noise and that my TV was too high up on a side wall, making it difficult to see.

Everything about our stay was amazing- my family and I stayed two weeks. I want to emphasize how friendly and wonderful the staff was, they were so accommodating and always checked to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Salvadoran breakfast was served everyday (Beans, plantains, sour cream, bread, eggs), but if you wanted something different such as oatmeal, pancakes, etc. you could let them know the night before and they would try their best to have it available. The family room was very spacious and the single room was decent size as well. Very clean and comfortable. The place was very quaint, clean, and decorated beautifully. Centrally located to shops and food places.

The only issue we experienced was construction on the roof for about 3 days in the mornings. There was a leak prior to us arriving so that was something out of their control. Other than that no complaints.

I liked the hostess, she is the best! When we arrived at the hotel on Friday March 31st, she explained to us great details about the area, restaurants and the hotel, she was super nice and polite. I hope she gets a raise or gets promoted, my wife and I were very happy with her customer service. The hotel is clean, it is located near to very great areas, the area is safe and overall it is a great hotel!

A girl from the hotel that arrived on Saturday, I noticed she was cleaning and doing other things but she was not nice, this is the only reason why I am not giving a 10. She hushed Indian people that were just talking at 11 am where tables and chairs are, also when we left she was annoyed to one of my friend because the remotes were left in the room and not given to her, she is not nice at all. There was even a challenge for breakfast but I will not mention it because the man who was there handled it well (good customer service), the only problem I had is this lady who is not nice to people.

Comfortable hotel and clean room one block from El Carmen church. Friendly and helpful staff, quick and flexible check-in. We left early in the morning to catch our flight, so we didn't take advantage of the included breakfast.

It is huge and well located. It is worthy for what you pay, but be mindful it’s not a 5 stars hotel. The shower is amazing and the staffing very friendly.

The AC was a little tricky. The mattress could be more comfortable too.

Do not expect a 5 star hotel, its affordable, good price for what you get, beds are confortables, spacious rooms and delicious traditional breakfast is incluided, we felt safe at this hotel. We reserved 2 family rooms for 12 people.

They need a better job cleaning the bathrooms

The service was excellent, I would recommend 100% to anyone. The staff are more than friendly and go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I will certainly come back. The location is great.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, The location is perfect, will definitely stay here again next time we are in the Santa Tecla area, 5 stars!
