The location is perfect. The views and amenities are great

The hotel is hard to find. No room service or food available after 9:00pm so for our 10:00 pm check-in nothing to eat or drink and we were referred to the gas station about 2 miles away. Also they did not have the “mix” to make Piña Coladas and they ran out of rum, gin and vodka and potatoes for the dinner menu.

Love the rooms, the property in itself was beautiful and wonderful. Amazing views and the pool was wonderful

The service was very slow. For example two nights we had to call the reception desk because the restaurant wouldn’t answer. Then orders too well than an hour to get done and the hotel wasn’t even busy. Food was okay. Service needs to improve.

The sea view was beautiful, and the area was clean. The amenities were great, and the overall scenery was stunning. It’s an excellent place to relax, enjoy the views, and have good food.

1. They sell too many day passes, so the pools get overcrowded. Since day-pass guests have access, they take all the lounge chairs and often don’t even use them. 2. The property has three entrances. If you use GPS (like Waze), it might route you through a rough road that requires a 4x4 vehicle. They should provide clear directions to the main entrance upon booking. 3. Food service at the restaurant is slow—it took at least an hour to get our meals. This might have been due to the holiday rush, but even with their efforts to prepare in advance, the wait wasn’t ideal. That said, the food itself was delicious.

Whats not to like? Its a piece of heaven: the location, the astonishing views, the variety of pools allows you to always experience privacy when you want. The proximity to El Tunco makes it easy if you want to explore nightlife etc. finally the friendliness of the staff, always willing to help.

Not sure I find the tab system so convenient but I think this is custom in El Salvador. The breakfast is served in one room although the hotel has gorgeous terraces throughout which would have made it an even better experience. There is no laundry service. That I find a minus for a hotel of this standing.

Breathtaking property right on the side of the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing from the pools and your room. The grounds were filled with lovely gardens, multiple area to relax, and amazing pools. This accommodation made my trip extra special while visiting El Salvador. So nice to hang out there all day and enjoy the hotel. And relaxing to come home to after a day of exploring. I cannot wait to come back!

I have zero complaints about this hotel. I had a fabulous stay! I would recommend it to anyone AND I cannot wait to come back! Thank you for having me. Big shout out to all the staff members! So friendly, kind, and attentive! Always greeting you with big smiles and making sure you have what you need. Also LOVED the spa packages and treatments. Was truly a treat to stay here.

Good security from the hotel entrance fresh coffee from El Salvador Nutritious fresh food in the restaurant Excellent customer service everywhere in the hotel from the staff. :) I traveled alone and the hotel staff made me feel pampered and like family with the kindness and affection of their services. It's hot, the good thing about it Sea waves, giving the hotel a magical fresh breeze When I stand at the hotel's viewpoint towards the sea, I feel like I'm on a cruise ship, especially late at night when the tide rises. For sure I will come back to the beautiful Hotel Los Farallones again to enjoy the beautiful views to the ocean and the exelent costumer services

The food at the restaurant not the great isn’t worth the price also the menu was very limited .I don’t see why you can’t bring food from outside if you don’t have a lot to offer

The view was spectacular, majestic, and beautiful. All the local beaches are close by. As for the room, it was spacious but I, unfortunately, booked the wrong type of accommodation, so I was not too thrilled about it. The restroom in this type of selection lacked counter space, so all my toiletries were placed on the floor. I do give a thumbs up to the staff - courteous, helpful, and ready to answer any inquiries I had.

The bathroom lacked counter space, and there were no outlets in the restroom to use a blow dryer. The lighting was also dim, making makeup application an inconvenience.

the view, but I expected bigger facilities, everything is run for different companies, the bar different from Hotel, and breakfast the same, weir.

for the view I could have gone to any restaurant around, the hotel does not offer anything more atractive, the jacuzzi has cold water, when there is no beach to get hot, at least should have a hot watter to relax.

This property is beautiful. The staff is great and welcoming. The rooms nice and clean.

I wish there was a shower door so water wouldn’t go all over the place but that’s really it. As far as the room goes anyway. I did not like that the hotel and the restaurant are two separate entities. Usually you charge the room and pay at the end. I kept a tab open from the afternoon and they restaurant called the room at like 10pm to collect. The other thing is they used to offer breakfast included in the stay but now they do not. I guess I wouldn’t be so bothered but the food at the restaurant was more expensive than anything around there and sub par at best. But other than the restaurant, the hotel itself is nice. I’ll probably stay there again.
