The staff, the location, the facilities, food were all very good.

we had initially booked for AC cottage, after paying more than 10k for one night. booking.com fleeced us, as same AC cottage was available at half the rate on the resort own site. we expected cottage to have all normal amenities, but the cottage had only AC, bed & one table, no cupboard, no coffee tea maker. the interiors & exteriors, exterior view of the AC cottage were also quite poor. fortunately the staff upgraded us to AC premium tent at no additional cost & AC premium tent had excellent facilities. The resort should have shown all photos of the cottage, should have clearly mentioned what was there inside the cottage room.

Staff is very humble and supportive, cleanliness of property, ambience, perfect location to stay with family, colleagues and friends,food is delicious and variety of food,I like when chef come to us and asked,how was the food quality?

Booking process... especially the ladies who pick the call on behalf of resort 0922****507 the ladies is very much arrogant....if you are well educated then I recommend don't talk with her...She is talking with customers, like customers is not important for their resorts...and they are doing good in business ( I feel the way she was talking on call)

I had low expectations but when we experienced the facilities, it turned out to be far more than that. Staff is courteous and always ready to assist. Property manager baroon spends time with you to ensure things are being taken care of. Since we had a last minute reservation, we were accommodated in AC room as tents were all occupied. Activities are fine and you can spend leisure time with friends, family and groups.

Nothing that I can complain

Overall the property is awesome. Accessibility to the river is a great thing especially since the part of the river next to the property is shallow and not dangerous. They have enough adventure sports and activities to engage for a day.

Some of the buildings are a bit old. The food is good and has a village feel to it, but the dining area and the presentation aren't the best.

The stay was comfortable and the staff were extremely good. The food was mind-blowing with a variety of spread.

Staff is very good and cooperation.. location is excellent..very clean..will visit again I will recommend others to visit this place..value for money..i stayed in tent cottage which was a gr8 experience

Not much to do for long stay like 2 3 days

Place is soo beautiful and peaceful . Its a must visit place . Viru has been very helpful through out the stay
