We went to Lonavala to spend the weekend relaxing and enjoying green scenery and our impeccable stay with Radisson was nothing less than that. From their splendid breakfast spread, pretty views from terrace restaurant, warm hospitality these guys were super with their service. We did 1 hour hike as well with Mr. Sunil who was very sweet to explain all the flora and fauna of gold valley while our way up and back. Mr. Souvik who served us on their terrace restaurant made our dining experience memorable. Last but not the least, Mr. Dipen who handled our check in and check out went beyond and helped us with early check in and also gave us complimentary chocolate box while leaving from resort. Sometimes it’s about the small and sweet gestures where people just go over and beyond to provide you 5 star services and above listed people did for us. We are definitely coming back to stay with them, so it’s a new property approximately 4 years old so everything is super good is condition. Its located in peaceful vicinity away from traffic madness so you can just go there and enjoy your vacation:)

Nothing, our stay with Radisson was absolutely perfect!

everything was good, except the management at the breakfast. even after waiting 20 min for breakfast, somebody else occupied the table and we again had to wait to get the table. i strongly prefer that there should be 1 hotel staff to take care that till earlier group don't get table, nobody can jump in the queue. also recreation activities like PS5, cycling should be made complimentary as many good brands do not charge for the same. and 1 last thing, that even the rooms were available the next day, we were denied for late checkout and 1st we were informed that hotel is completely occupied and after showing the reception guy that rooms are available, then he said that its their policy. finally, we were given late checkout extending just 1 hour as we requested for 2 hours. room service was excellent and rooms were also cleaned as and when required. food quality also was good.

My stay was for 1 night as my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. The location of the property is great. Away from the Lonavala traffic and bustle. Quiet area. The weather added to the beauty of the place. Unfortunately there was a wedding happening the next day, so the property was full of wedding prep material and people. The spa session was amazing. The manager, Anushka, helped me execute a little surprise for my wife. So cheers to Anushka for that.

Since there was a wedding scheduled the next day, we were not given the option of a late check-out. Late check-out was denied because of some wedding. A wedding guest (who hasnt even paid for his own room) gets priority over a non wedding guest who has paid for the room and is even ready to pay the extra charge for a late check-out. Quite surprising to me. It's not like all wedding guests are going to drop in at the lobby at one time. I have also attended weddings in hotels and have received a late room due to the previous guest no checking out soon. I understand the inconvenience and irritation as a wedding guest. But I feel they should priorities individual guests over 'wedding guests'. The restaurant and in room dining menu needs an update. Food options were rather 'meh'....

Radisson Resort & Spa Lonavala is a the resort is nestled in a scenic setting, with a beautiful design and modern-style rooms. With cleanliness. The staff at Radisson Lonavala are courtesy, and willingness to help. The resort has a range of activities, including mixology, cooking, painting, cycling, treaking, mashal ceremony, karaoke, movie nights, and recreational rooms with games for all..... some are paid and some are included one. So do check before opting it. TAVVA Spa IS A haven for relaxation and rejuvenation The delicious food, with some notable mentions of the barbecue cottage cheese and live counters and wide spread The property is well-maintained, with a focus on cleanliness and hygiene. The hotel's attention to detail, exceptional service, and beautiful surroundings. It's highly recommended for family and friends looking to rejuvenate and relax in a luxurious setting. Everything was prefect

I am a repeat customer at this property, I and my family like this property. We celebrated our anniversary and the property joined us in celebrating it as well, we sincerely appreciate this gesture.

Food quality has detoriated than earlier. Cost saving is always welcome unless it’s visible in a crude way. I would strongly recommmend to reconsider and address few low hanging items which provides ‘woah’ effect including toiletries and serving complimentary bottled water at breakfast - as these costs are practically negligble & presumably included in the overall package and does not really bleed the bottomline.

We recently stayed at Radisson Resort with our 15 month old baby. Mohit at the reception made sure our check in was smooth and quick. The property is very well maintained and has Modern facilities. The view from our room was beautiful. The restaurant staff was warm and friendly towards our baby and took care of our baby’s food requirements. The highlight for us was the Recreation and kids play area. Our baby loved his time at the play area which is equipped with all sorts of activities for kids and adults.

Breakfast was spot on with a huge variety of tasty dishes. Location was also good. Room was big and well laid out

The window on the side wall in the room had transparent blinds which let the light in. We could not sleep due to too much light during the night and also during the day. The blinds need a dark lining to prevent any light coming through. Also the aircon was being controlled centrally which is not a good idea. I like to control the temperature in my room so i can sleep well.

The staff is very courteous. The food is amazing. The rooms are great and large. The recreation facilities for lovely, outdoor activities arranged by hotel are very good. The Mashaal ceremony and Karaoke are fun and the traditional welcome is amazing.

Few games in the recreation room could be more in quantities (eg. carrom board), badminton rackets as many people want to play but are just in single number. The hotel needs to keep mosquito sprays (eg. Baygon or Hit) as there are loads of mosquitoes and just the repellent machines are not sufficient. Even during outdoor events, there are loads of mosquitos so any such sprays or provisions would make the events more fun and memorable and comfortable.

The hotel is a pretty property, located outside Lonavala. The rooms and amenities are really nice. Our room was spacious with a large balcony, and a bathtub outside. There was separate space for dressing. Our room also had an ironing setup. There is one restaurant, an adjoining bar, a spa, recreation room, and a swimming pool. The grounds are not very large, but there are nice landscaping features in the space. There are activities throughout the day. The front office and restaurant staff were very good, always pleasant and smiling.

There were lots of things that went wrong with our stay. There was an inexplicable hold put on our room, where we were not allowed to sign room service checks, but needed to pay in cash. The activities, while nice in theory, were not well-planned or particularly interesting. The payment system was unclear and confusing. The pool is a very strange one with different levels under water. I gather it is to be fun for parties, but the blocks are practically invisible to anyone actually swimming. Overall the property could have been better maintained. However, the staff more than made up for these hiccups. Over the course of our stay, we had a lovely time.

Rooms were very clean bath room had all utilities provided and lighting was adequate .

Bathroom floor needed antislip rubber mat and toilet bowl will not flush despite so much of water .message from mansgement for 2pm check inn as chargeable was bit shocking though they early check in without charges when we arrived early.
