I recently stayed at Elite hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is conveniently located near khanadal point, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had a beautiful view from my room. The service was outstanding—staff were friendly and always ready to help, ensuring that all my needs were met. I particularly appreciated hotel owner to come up and have few words. The on-site dining was excellent, with a wide range of delicious meals to choose from, especially the breakfast buffet. Overall, hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Matheran, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can't stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The bakery, restaurant, and liquor shop on-site were absolute gems, offering a delightful array of delicious treats and beverages. The masala omelette was a particular standout, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The staff, especially Kalavati, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their friendly demeanor and helpful recommendations truly enhanced our experience. The tranquil ambiance of the property provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation, and the cozy rooms felt like a home away from home. Meeting the owners, who took the time to chat with guests during breakfast, was a special touch that showcased their genuine care for their guests' satisfaction. Rooms were comfortable, staff is professional and location is also good. Room service ordered food is delicious. Breakfast was oily and typical Maharashtrian spread. Please serve eggs for breakfast.

The breakfast was served at the terrace. The food was taken to the terrace in the lift, which was kept on the lift floor and not even covered. That looked very unhygienic. I didn't like the breakfast as it was too oily.

Location and hospitality was superb. The owner Archana was very polite and accomodating.

Cleanliness. Have their own wine shop and Bar wit decent sitting area. Room service is fast. Staff is polite. Safe parking area. Food is not too pricy. Not too much of outside noise as not in the middle of any market. Easy access to nearby market and medical shops.

Complementary Breakfast doesn't includes any egg items. If you are looking for a room with good scenic view, it might not be the right match.

The hospitality of the staff was superb , Uday and Prasad whom we met at the restaurant during breakfast were so cordial and they speak very high about the hotel property and were talking with pride .

Balcony needs be kept more clean , the wine shop at the entrance makes family hesitate to stay at the hotel .

Room was very comfortable. Receptionist, Ms. Pranita was awesome and prompt at service. Cleanliness was superb. Room Service was also very good. Got medicine in morning hour for mild headache and fever, that was exceptional.

Costlier than other days. Morning Coffee in room was chargeable while it should be with complimentary breakfast. Check Out Time should be 12 noon. Rest all good.

Early check in allowed. Food was great. During dinner time complimentary dessert was served due to Ganesh Chaturthi festival.
