The room was good. Clean and comfortable. It was smaller than I expected but overall good. Service was also good enough. Sheets were clean and AC was working. Outside food was allowed.

I asked for a late check-out but the manager declined. It is situated in a residential area and the building is known by multiple names. If you go by Auto tell them Sai Mangalam if they don't know. Without personal transportation it's hard to reach. Hot water stopped working for some reason in the middle of the shower. Don't pay more than ₹1500/night it's not worth more than that.

The hotel is very quiet which is luxury in India. The balcony is a plus. I like the pool The staff is friendly and very helpfull The bed is confortable

There is no really breakfast , if you like simple beakfast like omelette and coofee is ok, otherwise better to go outside. For food better to go outside or to order. The hotel could manage to make a cosy place around the pool, for now it is just in bad condition.

Room was Clean. But AC not working properly.

we entered room. TV was Shut down due to Recharge. We inform that time but they recharged late after whole day. Also Hotel kitchen timing also not ontime. So we ordered food from outside hotels. AC not proper working. Bathroom adjust fan also not working.

Nothing as such

No soaps provided. Towels were not clean and bad smell in the room..And not so clean

Cleaning- Big question mark. Stains every where. Linen extremely dirty. Changed on request still fresh one was not up to the mark. Wash room unhygienic
