If you like history, you'll love this motel. It's renovated from the 50s. They've done a great job but don't expect a modern-day hotel resort. It is small with few plug-ins and mirrors. The bed was very comfortable, and the manager had a wealth of knowledge about the property. It is a short distance to the old part of town and some great old diners and shops.

The location is right on the old highway, a ways from modern restaurants and fast food.

Location. Just 8 blocks from town. Great value. Comfortable mattress and Keurig for morning coffee. Simple rooms but very clean with everything one needs! Matt, the manager, was so friendly and helpful. He directed me downtown to the Friday Fest which was such fun. I would definitely stay again.

Within walking distance of the Greeley Stampede, fun atmosphere, clean rooms, affordable, outdoor sitting/play area, great management, comfortable pillows and beds

The one and only thing I would add to the room would be a body mirror/a mirror with the ability to see your whole self/outfit in!

It was very clean and nicely redone.

The curtains in the room let in too much light at night from the outside lights and in the morning the sun shines right through the curtains. We were awake by 5:30 am because it was so bright.

It was super close to the Stampede and had a gas station and liquor store across the street, which was convenient for this stay for me and my friend. Also had a nice area to hang out outside for a bit and meet other people staying there.

Jason, the general manager, was very welcoming. The rooms were small but cute, and bathrobes were provided!

The office guy is so so nice and was super accommodating! Definitely going to stay here again ☺️
