Beautiful hotel , very clean and comfortable. Very updated , breakfast was just ok. Could be warmer and a better variety. We found out what we paid was more than booking direct with the hotel. I wouldn't recommend using booking.com. it was about $100 difference. Booking directly we won't use a 3rd party site anymore like booking.com. We will definitely stay here again. Very nice staff.

Price was not what we thought we paid, The front desk lady asked me for my cc which I didn't have a card with that number then she told me the total for that cc and that was less than what I was charged, she said oh that because booking thru 3rd party like booking. Com they pay less and add fees we weren't aware of. Wel will Book direct form now on.

The property was in a good location where we needed to be. The breakfast was good, there were hot options like scrambled eggs and potatoes and sausage. It was a very hearty breakfast.

I wasn’t a fan of the bed. There was nothing wrong with it my husband liked it I just like a softer mattress. So just a personal opinion.

Spacious and clean room. Everything in working order, the hotel is really pretty with pops of bright turquoise to make the space seem cheerier. Loved that it's within walking distance or quick drive to a variety of places to eat. The staff were all so nice and accommodating.

The breakfast buffet. I arrived at 6ish AM one morning and 7ish the next morning. The eggs were a weird cold consistency, and the potatoes and sausage tasted like they were left out a long time. Much rather go out to eat.

Everything was very clean and updated. Parking was always available and local food establishments close by. Very quiet and convenient.

Breakfast ran out very quickly. The two men replenishing food and dishes were overwhelmed. They either needed a woman to run the show or a third person to assist.

Small number of handicapped parking. “Dog park” was totally inadequate & unacceptable. It was a large bed of weeds with a fence around it.

The place is beautiful, the staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping did a fast and amazing job.

The bacon at breakfast was undercooked and very thin. The bed in my room wasn't very comfortable.

Was told I could get a business receipt on site.. but at the front desk they said I need to do that as I set up my reservation…..confusing!

clean, spacious very nice facility

told we could not have my daughter who lived in town or grandkids in the facility. it was Christmas and we booked here to have them come swim with us. we got here pool closed and told they couldn’t come in to swim or be in the premises anyway. this was NOT on the website or I would not have stayed here!

Mon-Wed 5-7 pm free dinner and beer/wine. Excellent staff. Attentive and Very polite. Clean hotel and room. Basketball court great for kids. Indoor pool and hot tub. Location was convenient to everything.

Bed was hard and pillows disappear under your head. not comfortable. had a hard time sleeping. morning noise outside of bedroom window. either from lowes or nearby construction project. unsure. Suite and kitchenette were nice to have, but a lot less spacious than others we have stayed in.

The manager’s reception on were held Monday to Thursday evenings but is only held now on Monday to Weds. The sign by the food area at this hotel needs to be changed because it still said Monday - Thursday. Also, the foods served need to be kept warm: food was cold
