The room was huge, and the price was reasonable

The breakfast wasn’t great just waffles, cereal and toast. It would have been better and worth the price if there were more options for breakfast since the facility is big enough to expand and make a better variety of choices for breakfast. Also the room wasn’t too clean, some mold in the bathroom and also the mini fridge wasn’t working

The staff was very professional and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We liked everything at this hotel. I did notice the carpets were pretty worn in our room, but this is not the most important feature to us. Rooms were clean and staff was nice.

Everything went well no problems and my kids ate like crazy

The pool was cold that's about all but maybe all pools are supposed to be cold I don't know much about that

We stayed at the Clarion for the State Dart Tournament Jan 7-9th! It was a short walk to the venue! We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast and the location! I want to give the staff, Especially Kristina! A BIG SHOUT OUT!😁😁😁 When I got back to Denver and noticed my DL was missing Kristina answered and was nice enough to mail it back..paying out of her own pocket! THAT'S THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYONE CAN ASK FOR!

If you havent to Greeley..make sure to pay attention to all the one way streets! It can be a bit confusing, also I felt like where the front desk is, they could of used had some heat going on.. And last we couldn't use the indoor pool..they could spend a few extra $$ for insulation and maybe make it a heated pool!

I love how friendly and inviting the booking lady are the host are very involved with trying to help us solve ANyone of our issues

I had an issue my keys not wanting to work. And the door and deadbolt lock didn't want to work because the door frame was kind of loose

Breakfast was very good but the girls there who always asked for my room number made me feel singled out. Because I noticed they didn't ask everyone that came in.

The floor in the room was dirty, someone had tracked pebbles or rocks in and I asked for cleaning service and they didn't vacuum.
