Near downtown so I could walk. I like to historical charm of the Currier Inn. Having exceptional crepes available on the first floor Lafayette Creperie is a plus. Bed was comfy, room was clean, shower worked well, plenty of towels.

Would have liked a small writing table. No light goes on using the switch at the doorway. That starts and stops the fan. While I was fine taking my luggage up stairs, I think notifying customers there is no elevator would be good customer service. These are things that will not keep me from staying there again. I will know to ask for a room with a desk on the first or second floor.

The owner was kind enough to adjust my reservation after I mistakenly booked the wrong evening in haste - we were visiting our daughter at UNC and the snow prevented us from returning to Colorado Springs. Very grateful for their flexibility.

Big comfortable rooms. Good location easily accessible to eateries and shops

Outside door alarm beeps everyone someone goes in and out. Our room next to this so a bit annoying

Breakfast was amazing never knew what a creepe was (I think that's how u spell it) but overall great place gonna do it again soon

It was good for what I needed. Never did see any employees. Didn’t need anybody really. However the checkin was confusing. My kids were also there so they helped. 🙂

It was a cute, old house. The staff during the day in the crepe restaurant on the first floor were great. I loved the old clawfoot tubs!

I checked in with permission around 8 pm. There was no one onsite, and it took several attempts at phone calls before my call was answered by the on-call person. When I arrived, there was no key in the lock box; they had given away my room. I stood in the hallway for 15 minutes waiting for them to respond. After going out for the evening, I returned to a locked door with no directions. While the directions in the initial email I received said to try the West door, I didn't know what direction I was facing, and didn't realize they meant the back door of the property. I tried to call the on-call number several times, even leaving messages, and did not ever get a reply. Traveling alone, this was unnerving: I stood alone outside a locked building for over 15 minutes.

There wasn’t a wastebasket in the room which was odd, but not a dealbreaker. A box of Kleenex would have been a nice addition and the box spring was pretty shot. Appreciated the self check-in, but the uncovered ac was ridiculous. It was 10 below zero, it cant be that hard to find a cover. Even with the thermostat cranked up it was uncomfortable. Beyond that, it was a nice enough stay for what I needed - don’t think I’d return if I have a choice.

The Inn itself was interesting and beautiful. No real parking just on street. Understand they are remodelling rooms still I believe. Definite bed and breakfast vibes. Room was on first floor under the grand staircase. Bathroom was large but room itself was very outdated. Noise from staircase was a bit much. There is a creperie on site but did not get a chance to try any. Cleanliness could be improved but most part clean. Bed was comfy. Would not might trying the place again after some more work on it.
