Very central location, really lovely and helpful receptionist. We used the swimming by pool at the hotel round the corner called Skala vista. The breakfast was in the restaurant next door, amazing staff, really lovely food too

Being so central was great for us but obviously there is noise from people outside on the street. The stairs up to the beds on the mezzanine are steep and the roof was sloping so my daughter hit her head on the beams a couple of times, just need to be careful and aware!

We had a wonderful stay and would especially like to thank Maria for her kindness and positive energy throughout our visit. She was always ready to help and made us feel truly welcome. Thanks to her, everything went smoothly and we felt right at home. We hope to come back again soon!

The location was fabulous. The quality of the bedding towels etc was second to none.The little details slippers dressing gowns. The receptionist was so lovely. We could only get one night but would have stayed 3 if availability. Such a clean beautiful stay . We come every year but now we found this hotel and we are booking it for sure . Clean and spacious room (suite) with lateral sea-sight. The suite is similar to a loft, functional AC, good quality towels (do not bring your towels, they have perfect towels for the beach as well). Tea/coffee machine and coffee in the room, friendly and nice staff at the reception desk, beach is 5 minutes walk. There is a long and large beach, a bit rocky, with fabulous water (not too deep near the shore for not swimmers but deep enough a bit further away from the shore), All restaurants are nearby.

WiFi didn't function all the time, probably because we were in the 2nd floor, breakfast could have been a bit more diverse.

The staff was really really really friendly and helpful: they could not have been more nice. They offered us a complementary bottle of white wine as welcome gift and some traditional sweets as farewell.

Too much in the middle of the city and the noise. About the position: just next to our building there was a bakery with music all day long. So basically the noise coming from the adjacent street and the commercial activities. A also would like to suggest the hotel to find another spot for the breakfast as the designated area was a bit too far, the quality of product not very good. In high season they had the espresso machine broke for the entire week so no cappucino for us.

The hotel was in a super location, and our balcony view was lovely - with both the sea (side-sea view) and the bustle of the street on an evening. The soundproofing of the shutters and balcony glass doors were great, and so we slept well. The town itself was lovely, with fantastic places to choose to eat or drink - and the people there were phenomenally friendly and efficient with service. The hotel team were super friendly and keen to chat and recommend places to see and visit. Although there was a little walk to the breakfast location, the selection of food was great. Would be very pleased to recommend - and wouldn't hesitate to rebook and go back.

The shower was a bit of a tight squeeze but cleanliness was top notch. Check out was little clumsy since the credit card machine wouldn't recognise my sisters two cards or my own two cards - so we had to withdraw cash (whilst our taxi was waiting to return us to the airport). However the lady on reception handled the situation calmly.

The location was perfect! Right at the top of the Main Street in Skala. Rooms were generous, bright and comfortable

The shower space was small and the shower curtain did it prevent water from the shower from flooding the floor.

Clean, fresh, modern hotel, with comfortable bed, kitchenette and balcony with views over the street and down to the sea. Bath and beach towels provided, and regularly changed. Towelling robes and slippers, also a hairdryer.
