Simply the Best on the Island! If someone asked me what the best part of the island was, I would have to say it was staying at this hotel. It was an absolutely unique and unforgettable experience for us. We were incredibly lucky to have the most stunning beach and sea right here at the hotel. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and all had a magnificent sea view. The design and architecture of the hotel were very stylish and modern. Most importantly, the owners and staff made us feel like we were staying at a friend's home. Every single person was so hospitable, helpful, and kind. We'd like to extend a huge thank you to everyone, especially Joe, Lena, Ria, Teo, Melina, Costa, and Pitt, for making our vacation exceptional. We also want to give a big shout-out to the Housekeeping team for keeping our room spotless every single day. A lovely bonus was that the hotel is pet-friendly, and we were greeted by two wonderful dogs, Balu and Ofia, in the lobby every day. They were the owners' dogs and were so adorable—we already miss them! The hotel breakfast was great, especially the cheese pie, which was absolutely delicious! If we ever return to this island, it would be just to see the amazing staff again and to swim in the sea we fell in love with. Until we meet again. We send you all our love from Italy!

The only minor point was that the restaurant food could have been better. For a hotel of this class and luxury, the taste of the dishes was a bit lacking. We hope they improve this in the future so it can truly be a perfect hotel.

This is a very beautiful hotel at a dream location. The view over the sea is just spectacular. The hosts and the whole team were always very friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you very much!

At the beach, we would have loved the sound of the sea and the cicadas from time to time - instead of the music, but this is a matter of taste ;-)

This was an absolutely amazing experience. The location, although remote, is fabulous. The sea is turquoise, secluded beach, rugged and beautiful scenery. The service is superb. So welcoming, assistance with all questions. Very attentive and personal. This place is so warm. In my 12 years with booking, this is my second review. And I decided to leave it because this trip was outstanding, thanks to Aliv Suitss. Thank you, guys ❤️

The hotel is a beautiful modern stone building very well built with wonderful amenities. Our room was large, thoughtfully and esthetically decorated with natural materials like stone and wood and very comfortable. The shower was the best in any hotel we have ever been to. The small family like staff was extremely friendly and helped us get transportation to the island’s sights and restaurants. They arranged for a private trip on the hotel’s boat to the Shipwreck beach where we enjoyed a swim in the crystal clear waters.

The area is very remote and hard to reach, the roads leading to the property are basically very steep dirt roads. The restaurant had a very limited menu and no fish. The food cannot be charged to the room folio.

Amazing owner team with a very hard-working staff. Great food and PLENTY of it! A stunning exclusive beach club with the best frozen margaritas. What's not to like!

Room description was slightly wrong in the Booking.com website so we were initially not happy with a room without a pool (the description did say a stunning pool with a view but turned out these were different units and not the one we had booked). Nevertheless, our room was fabulous and the rest of the stay made totally up for the initial confusion!

The property and the rooms were gorgeous - really well designed with attention to detail. They had a very peaceful feel, and our room had a great view! The breakfast and dinner were delicious; special thanks to the Chef, who was always so kind and helpful!! The sandy beach on-site is really nice as well. This is a great location to explore the north side of the island - close to Agios Nikolaos where you can take a boat to the Blue Caves and Navagio (shipwreck) Beach or a ferry to Kefalonia. Overall, we had a great experience here, and really enjoyed our time in Zakynthos.

The staff was great, but the owners didn't seem to be very kind to their staff, which bothered us. We were also disappointed that when we tried to book spa services on our first day there, we were told that they were fully booked for the next 5 days, so we wouldn't be able to book them at all. The services offered looked fantastic, so we were bummed that we didn't get to utilize them.

Very helpful, friendly and polite staff. Beautiful food at breakfast and during the day at the beach bar. The young chef was also excellent in the evening when we had dinner there on several nights. The swimming pool was beautiful as well as our private pool in our suite. The beach bar and facilities were exceptional and the swimming platform perfect for a dip in the beautiful sea. Can't rate it all highly enough. Exceptional experience. Enjoy !!

Only one tiny thing which our taxi driver moaned about was the access road which needs a little TLC on the potholes !

The staff were very friendly, especially Joe! The pool was nice and the room was absolutely perfect for a family of five with three small children (8, 5 and 2). The mezzanine structure of the room worked very well. We were only at the property for two nights ahead of moving to Peligoni and it was the perfect extension of our trip.

Beautiful, peaceful, and very private location in the best part of the island. Beautifully designed, new, traditional yet contemporary, with private beach. Amazing! Already visited twice! Owners are awesome.

Incredible location , amazing small boutique beach which is secluded and protected from the sea by a lagoon. the suites are very large, beautiful Mediterranean design, clean and fully equipped with everything you’ll ever need. the stuff that s super nice,professional and attentive to your needs, seems like they get to know you and then provide a tailored made service. will I come back again? most definitely!

the access road is a bit scary at dark, so be sure to come back by sundown for a great Mediterranean fine wine and dine on the amazing lagoon view balcony
