The breakfast could have been better but managed to find something to hold me over. The facility was very nice and spacious, but breakfast choice could have been better.

I didn't like that the rooms were not side by side because I was having a sleepover with teenagers for my daughter birthday and just didn't feel safe having them so far from our room, so I was up all night trying to monitor them and get a little rest. If I had known these accommodations were not manageable, I probably would have booked elsewhere but didn't want to ruin her birthday. I also didn't like that they were locked out the room when we went from breakfast, key should not be reset until after checkout, so I had to walk to front office in the cold to get key card back activated.

We had trouble getting the tv to work. Saw mostly advertising channels. Some shows kept freezing. It’s a Direct TV situation which I’m not a fan of. I hope they get WCTEL

I never saw any breakfast. No big deal as I wasn't interested.

I checked in a few minutes after 9. The lobby was closed so I had to talk through the window. The person who checked me in had been working in the back and seemed irritated by the interruption of checking me in. I asked for a first floor room and she mumbled something. I asked her to repeat and she continued mumbling. Told me a number of things and I did not hear or understand any of it but decided I didn't care because of her attitude. Ended up on the second floor but no huge deal. Person who checked me out the next morning was very friendly.

Location was great and awesome room, it was clean and she was friendly at the desk and breakfast was a plus.

I had asked for a ground floor as my wife has a major heart condition and has problem going up the stairs but the lady at the desk said everything was full up. When we checked outside at 9pm there were only 6 cars in the lot. She just didn't care. And that is ever so sad

Breakfast quality was good. Breakfasr location in the breakfast house was an interesting idea. Only needed to add peanutbutter to the breakfast menu.

Was a pleasant stay, with nothing to dislike.

Room was clean and comfortable and food was just a walk away. And mins from anything.

The $50 deposit caught me off guard. I was expecting a certain amount and it ended up being more due to the deposit. Other than that the stay was great.

Wonderful staff, very clean, very quiet. I worked from the room as a remote employee and was able to use the provided internet to connect to our VPN with no issues. Beds were very comfortable, and everything in the room worked. We are in Greenwood for a few months, and we immediately re-upped our stay.

The office chair is small for my big butt. Haha

The breakfast staff did a great job of keeping the food stocked and fresh. The front desk was efficient and got all our requests right the first time. Check in was smooth and check out was too. I really liked the keurig voffee maker in the room.

The front reception staff was very friendly and helpful. She explained everything from where my room was located to what time and where breakfast would be the next morning. The room was nice and clean.

Looked like it has been updated.

Someone on the parking lot hit my car, didn’t leave a note or anything. I was parked right outside the office. Too many ppl “hanging out”
