The room was comfortable, updated and nice.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with my stay from July 14,2025 to July 15, 2025 From the start, the hotel had a strong odor in the elevator and uncomfortably hot, humid hallways — not a great welcome. The biggest issue came at checkout when I found my car, parked under a tree in your lot, covered in ants—inside and out. This raises major concerns about pest control and property maintenance. These issues seriously impacted my experience. I ask that you investigate and take action to improve your facilities and grounds. I look forward to hearing how you plan to address this.

This was my second time staying here. The room was clean and also the bathroom. I really enjoyed the hot water from the shower because it was so cold outside. They serve hot breakfast in the mornings as well. Upon arrival, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

Our door didn't lock from the outside of the room but we didn't notice until that morning and also the AC vent was very dusty and it was near to one of the beds. We had to sleep to the foot of the bed not to breathe in all that dust

The first days breakfast was fine. There was enough food to satisfy our appetite before we started the day. The second mornings breakfast was horrible because there wasn't any. We had an early morning meeting and we didn't have time to stop anywhere else to get anything to eat.

You could have had breakfast for the guests that were up and out early. Maybe you should have had a back up person to prepare the breakfast.

Employee Lacey that checked us in and out was fantastic - very friendly & helpful! Breakfast was great. Room was clean & comfortable.

Sign in bathroom said room was to be made up eery other day. Did not happen. Requested 'make up' on day 4. Room was made up and was fine.

I’m so thankful for the staff at Hampton Inn. My family came in late at night for the half way point to our destination. Our car broke down as soon as we got there. We spent the entire next day coordinating a tow truck and rental car. We had to unload our entire car, packed for three kids and a week at the Beach. The hotel staff were so helpful in letting us stay later than checkout and one staff member spent all morning helping my husband. So thankful for their kindness.

They accommodated very late check in (nearly midnight) and were friendly/helpful during check in. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Also appreciated the bathroom supplies (shampoo,etc) since I forgot mine. Breakfast was good, plenty of coffee.

The location, comfort, and cleanliness keep us coming back to this Hampton Inn in Clinton for the last several years for an annual event we participate in. The staff is always professional, helpful, and friendly.

Breakfast was hot, delicious, and good variety. The desk staff was very courteous.

Air conditioning was a bit loud as air intake was right by the bed which we felt kept the sir from working well. Shower head appeared to be adjustable but was not. But the shower worked just fine. That wasn't a big deal.

It was easy to find, parking was free, and the room was very clean. I like the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioners; they don't have any bad chemicals.

I hope there were half and half or cream for the coffee.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was fantastic! I originally stayed in another hotel 20 minutes outside of Clinton because the other hotel was closer to the event I was competing in… however, the other motel I was staying in was absolutely filthy so luckily I got a room at the Hampton Inn in Clinton and it was great! I actually had originally booked two nights at this hotel but when I found out there was one closer to the race venue where I was competing I switched. I wish I would’ve never switched because the Hampton was just as I expected it to be perfect and the other one was no Bueno! CASEY, at the front desk when I checked in was great he was very nice.
