I arrived on 09282024. My family extended so we ultimately left on 10022024. I think it is extraordinarily important for your company to recognize Caroline and her team for the work done during the early days after the flood. They worked extraordinarily hard to keep displaced, travelers, and united electrical work teams as comfortable as possible. Over the days we were there, not all resources were available (ie - internet) and her team was polite, tried to find solutions if available, and kept the Inn as clean as possible. I will always be grateful that we were able to get a reservation as we drove through the night from Texas 092824. The hotel team worked for your customer even knowing some of the employees had personal issues with the hurricane and flood. I commend Caroline and her team for making our difficult situation (flooded house and car with no power or technical resources) tolerable. The Inn was a refuge at the end of long days of dealing with the disaster.

The room was clean and spacious, included the usual toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion), and had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Due to travel delays we didn't arrive at the hotel until 1:30AM and were greeted by friendly staff who made our check-in as quick as possible. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked as it should, and the shower had great pressure. My husband said the breakfast was pretty good: included bagels, waffles, cereal and yogurt. Our hair dryer wasn't working, but we told the staff on our way out for the day and it was fixed before we got back.

Overall the hotel could use a refresh, but it was clearly well-maintained, clean, and comfortable.

There was a lot of renovation being done, which will make it very likely we’ll choose this place to stay. The only problem we had, however, the housekeeping staff started way too early, every day!

I love the location to shopping and dining. I love the management and staff. I love the breakfast buffet, pool and room. if you stay be sure to eat at the Olive Mediterranean and Italian grill. you can walk to it across the street.

The noisy ice machine and the Samsung tv, some one had hacked the hotel programming probably to use their own device- I researched it it’s a thing! It took about 4-5 hours for it to reset and stop freezing up, I could not get it to work correctly. Help came immediately when I called twice. They were about to replace it when it finally rest.

Good location to uni and restaurants. Breakfast available. Loved the waffle maker. Apple juice was delicious. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Good size rooms.

Air conditioning quite loud.

I would like to give 10 stars to ANGELICA who was very helpful to an issue we had with our room. She resolved the issue with the quickness and even gave us a follow-up call to see if everything met our needs. It did! She was very friendly and attentive to our needs. A HUGE Thank you to her.

The breakfast was your standard free continental breakfast but a little under par. Variety and added fruit would be a nice addition.

Did not have my favorite breakfast foods (bacon, sausage links, home made grits).

Acknowledging my AARP discount or AAA. Clerk would not reopen the bill after closing it. Could have saved $26.00. That would have made my day. I simply forgot to tell the clerk and she did not ask. I'm a senior citizen.

Didn’t get any housekeeping the first night and on the 3rd night, the maid took all the old soap but didn’t leave us any new soap.

Everything was clean and fresh I stayed in the same room I stayed in the first time. Of course this room was on the second floor first floor rooms stink really bad

Not one usb/phone charging station in room, breakfast closed at 9 instead of 10, pool was not open (south carolina??) Ice machines looked like 1960s I wouldn't trust them. Better deal online than with hotel iitself, too much $$
