My husband and I traveled for our son’s college baseball games and spent one night at the hotel. The team stayed there as well. The room and whole property was very clean. It appears to be a new hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They had an area blocked off for the team to have space to eat breakfast. The breakfast was surprisingly good. I have a food allergy so the staff person that was restocking the breakfast food allowed me to look at the packaging to determine if it was safe for me to eat. I really like that they had lots of elevated spaces in the room to keep our suitcases off the floor. There were not many places for the guys on the team to walk to eat supper, maybe one or two.

1. The rooms are small, we had a double queen room. 2. The pillows are terrible, you lay on them and they deflate completely. All show and no support 3. Breakfast was okay but limited. No milk for drink or cereal, nothing in the community mini fridge was cold. 4.) Bathroom sink smelled like sulfur, probably from city water 5. Location is not the best but convenient

The location was great. The breakfast was fine.

Well, It was requested through me Ms Wines, that we were permitted a late checkout the day before. Considering, we didn't check in until 4:00 a.m. Thursday Morning (Feb 1st). (However, the gentleman at the front desk that morning did not honor that previous and approved request). He stated to my husband that we had to be out by noon. Because my husband and I have been a long-time member of IHG properties, it should have been taken into consideration, whether we stay regularly now or when duty calls.

We needed a hotel close to Lander University. So the location for the Inn was excellent. The front counter staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy.

It would have been helpful if we could get coffee supplies for our room at reception as opposed to trying to track down housekeeping, which we were unable to find. In the end we bought our own cups and coffee bags.

The reason this hotel was booked was because it had an outdoor pool and lounge space. To find out the pool wasn’t open nor did the fire pit work was really disappointing for a family getaway. It was not posted on the website nor were there signs to stating the pool was not in working order.

Very clean, did not have a smell in the room, the room was roomy, the shower was exactly what I needed.

The upstairs room had a heavy foot and we heard stomping late in the night and 5 in the morning as well as his alarm clock.

It was a very comfortable visit, it was quite, and I slept very well. The breakfast provided excellent choices. We will be visiting Greenwood again and will definitely stay here.

All was good. Nothing to report here.

The view isn’t great, but that wasn’t why we stayed (I mean the view overlooks my old hometown’s mall that is in shambles). We stayed so that my grandparents didn’t have to worry about cleaning after us. The hotel was quiet, the staff friendly, the breakfast great! Our room was cozy! We will stay again for sure.

I loved the fact that the beds were so comfortable from the fluffy thick pillows, to the clean white comfortably soft sheets. The fact that the bed was high was awesome as well ❤️‍🩹.

I wish breakfast included hot grits. Other than no hot grits, they had everything else.

The breakfast was very good and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again in Greenwood.

Possibly a few more luggage carts.
