The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the spa tub in our room. As we both sank into the warm, bubbling water, all our stress melted away, and we were able to relax and unwind together. The spa tub was impeccably clean, and the jets provided a soothing massage that left us feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, creating the perfect intimate setting for us to enjoy each other's company. In addition to the amazing spa tub experience, Inn on the Square exuded comfort and sophistication. Our room was beautifully appointed with modern furnishings and plush bedding that ensured a restful night's sleep. The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again!

I would have given it a perfect score if the A/C fan wouldn’t have been so loud (tried turning it off) and we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the “under the bed” lights (which were odd). I did not reach out to the staff for help so that was my fault.

Beautifully decorated, lovely finishes, large and comfortable beds, ample counter space in the bathrooms, quality, clean linens.

Downtown Greenwood can have sewage issues, the property manager described, so my room was affected. Kindly, she moved me to the other side of the building upon my request. She was gracious and generous to work with me so that I could more thoroughly enjoy my stay. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Fabulous older building right on the square. Staff were superb at looking after us and recommending restaurants - including a real French one (chef is French) and a pizza place with best pizza I have had in this country. I am English (American citizen) and have lived here for 30 years. Restaurant on site was reasonably priced.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay and the staff were great. I lost a ring there and they found it and emailed me right away, which was nice.

I looked under the sink and a few other spots for my ring, and it was dirty. Perhaps a little more attention to areas that aren't immediately seen.

Did not have the breakfast. The staff was super friendly. They first put me in the handicap accessible room, which was fine, but the door would not lock so they moved me to a better room with a locking door. The room was lovely and the Inn is very historic and beautiful.

The only negative about this stay was the noisy AC. Very loud when on and too quiet when off.

Over 20 years ago my mother had us stay there when I was a child. An owner once spoke at my high-school in Ninety Six, SC around 20 years ago about the history of the hotel. I always make it a point to stay here. Lots of memories at this hotel for me.

There is nowhere I with a cover from the rain to smoke a cigar.

Interestingly and impressively furnished decorated - with so many generic hotels these days, a distinctive one at a good price is rare. Really nice staff who were kind, friendly, and willing to make adjustments so our visit was comfortable. A good bar for a drink at night.

The surcharge for our dog was steep, and that was with a deposit on top as well. They say they love and welcome four-legged guests (and they were kind and accommodating to our dog) but you pay for it. bedroom views are very concrete but I guess you don’t stay here for the scenery. more than compensated by interior decor.

Long Story Short - the Main Power Feed from the Utility feeding the entire Complex went bad under the parking lot around 8-9pm at night. Inn on the Square worked with everyone and either made arrangements for them to stay at another Hotel at no extra cost or moved them to rooms that still had power. They made an untenable situation filled with frustration and confusion as good as could be asked for and handled frustrated and aggravated guests with grace and southern hospitality. Those that stayed through the power outage received a full refund for their stay and the free breakfast was still on time the next morning even though the power was out till around 4AM.

Everyone friendly, always felt safe. Plenty of space to move around in room.

Sports bar not open on Monday. I like having a self contained stop that delivers everything you need! Too bad it doesn’t count on Monday
