It had power, internet, TV, and ac for us, as we were staying in a hotel due to Hurricane Helene knocking down trees onto lines in our area and causing loss of power. It was fairly in the middle of everything we needed: food and gas. It was shelter and comfort. I wanted to try their breakfast, but we were exhausted from everything going on and ended up sleeping until just after breakfast ended.

The only rooms available that met our needs were on the second floor, and there was no elevator nearby, as my fiancée was suffering from severe PMS cramps. There were no signs for the ice machines and vending, and they were only on the 1st floor for all I could tell. (I understand I'm probably nitpicking, but I'm letting people know.)

The staff was very friendly and helpful with my booking. I used booking.com and apparently signed up for a smoking room when i don’t smoke and have 3 little kids with me. The mail check in clerk was very helpful in finding me a non smoking room!

Rooms could have been cleaned a little better. There is a leak in the sink in 113. Maybe make sure all lamps are plugged in and have working light bulbs. Everything else was great.

The rooms where very clean and nice the housekeeper Lisa was very nice

Didn't like the man that has me staying beside of he was weird and annoying and the matince guy was real shady looking he just looks like a shady man if u have valuable stuff just saying don't leave it there with him on the prowl there

It was clean except bathroom needed to be swept!

Bed was very hard, and second morning sign said waffle maker was out of order not much to choose from for breakfast!

The fact that there is pleanty of room, even in the non handicap rooms, for three adults to move around comfortably and not be running into each other.
