bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was great!!!The location is in walking distance of some great restaurants and shopping centers. Room is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot. I would recommend

Although the hotel was clean, it had a distinct smell of a sewer leak in the lobby and hallways. It may not have been sewer but the smell was there.

I spent my bday weekend here, July 21-23 2023. The staff worker who checked me in did everything to satisfy me . (Wish i knew here name )This hotel was clean and well maintained. I was able to relax in 6 with per quietness. I really enjoyed the location. As it was around many restaurants and stores if needed. I was very satisfied with my bday weekend here .

The back side area , where you sit and enjoy the night air, could have been cleaner and more maintenance. However, I still approve of this place cause I would always want the inside clean rather than the out.

We arrived at Greenwood property and found we were supposed to be in Augusta. There was a wonderful young lady on staff and she accommodated our needs without question. Their system was down, yet one of my quickest and hassle free I’ve experienced. The area was

Location! Also, the ladies working up front went above and beyond for me. I was having trouble with my bank and debit card being declined because I was out of state and it was flagged as fraud. They were so patient and super helpful allowing me to split my payment on credit cards instead. I wish I could remember their names.

It was clean and the room was clean

Elevator broke was down for half a day Had to use stairs was on 3rd floor have a bad hip and leg was very hard for me to use stairs Pool was shut down by DHEC the second day that I was there couldn’t use

The hotel was in a great location to food and shopping. The entire hotel was immaculately clean. The breakfast was great. The bed was so comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Hot tub was not working but it was still clean!

I had no problems and it was near the route I was taking in the morning, really convenient.

Everything was fine to me, I saw no opportunities.

WE loved the size of the room and the beds. The bathroom and showers was fantastic.

The chairs in the room were not comfortable and the refrigerator did not work well.

When we arrived, the staff did not greet me. I really did not know if she was an employee. She never introduced herself. The hotel has a musky smell in the hallways. My bagel was STALE!
