We needed a comfortable spot to stay as we were visiting family for Christmas. The Hampton Inn was just right for our needs - decidedly budget pricing but for great value. Clean room, GREAT staff, strong wifi. good coffee, nice hot breakfast selection. Super convenient location. All good things!
Everything was great! We had an issue with the bathroom sink, but since it was Christmas and not a dealbreaker, we didn’t bring it up. No fault of the hotel if we didn’t tell them anything was amiss.

I had booked my room and forgot to do the whole weekend I call during the week and someone at the front desk was able to booked me a room for the remaining of the weekend!! Also after I checked out on Saturday to check back in Syd at the front desk and the housekeeper made it GREAT!!!
I don’t like that they took the $50 out before I got there

The bathroom was updated and in great condition. The room was cozy with an extra stand for the sofa. The pool was a nice temperature and in great condition. Breakfast was great and staff was friendly.

Breakfast is free, and better that most places I have stayed at.
Vents blowing into the handicapped parking spaces! Really! Me with severe COPD and I had to endure the extremely humid vents just to load and unload my car. Pathetic!

When we got to our room the television wasn't working properly. The staff came immediately and fixed the issue. The entire staff from check in to check out was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay there again.
