The agent that checked me in, Marcos, was excellent!! He is very personable, very professional and was a breath of fresh air!!! He is for sure a great asset to your staff. The 2nd shift agent was nice as well, (I did not get her name) Amazing staff. The employees that worked on 5.24.24 definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank You.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, The kitchen ran out of things early in the breakfast period. I had 3 little children with me that was looking forward to the breakfast, especially the cinnamon rolls and apple juice…Both ran out early.

The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the staff were super polite and best of all, I didn't see any cockroaches in the room and the corridors didn't smell like marijuana or cigarette smoke.

I just didn't like the gym, I thought it was weak, the treadmill was damaged, it has a good amount of space and my tip would be to invest in equipment that would allow you to do several exercises (I know this machine exists, it's in my gym and it's smaller than the one at the gym). hotel), there are people who, even when traveling, like to stick to their training. Other than that, the gym is super clean, with no trash thrown around or strong smells.

The breakfast was good, but it would be nice to have more variety. Two front desk staff that need recognition are Tiffany, I don't have a last name and Kenetta and this may not be the way she spells her name. But Kenetta assisted me by phone before our check in and she was so very helpful, she went above and beyond. And Tiffany is just a ray of sunshine very easy to speak with and was very helpful with directions of two must know places when visiting a new town anywhere. She told me if I needed anything from a Walmart or a Target exactly how to get to both.

I can't say I didn't like anything really for me and my family everything met our expectations of your establishment.

I love the breakfast bar, the room accommodations and the friendly accommodating staff. I would not consider saying anywhere else but at this motel when I visit my sister in Simpsonville. The lady that works at the breakfast bar is so nice. I wish I knew her name.

I wish they had grab bars in the shower.

We felt very welcome, all is very clean and spacious, comfortable bed and good shower. Very kind and helpful staff.

We were surprised by the amount of one-use plastic during breakfast. Also next time I would rather take my own low-sugar, high fiber items - breakfast buffet was a bit of a challenge for a healthy eater :)

There was one thing that stood out the most to us is the people that we interacted with were all super sweet and carried a positive and good conversation with us

The only thing we didn’t like was we wish there were vending machines just because we got back so late and we didn’t want to bother anyone for a drink or snack

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament. The weather was terrible and we ended up in the hotel more than anticipated. Our room was refreshed every day after we left, which is rare these days.

Not a property issue, just a comment about the location. The road it is on can be very difficult to turn left out of, so I often had to make a right and u turn. Not that big of a deal though.

Everything about this hotel. It was either new or updated and it was really well done. One of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Front desk staff was excellent. Offered us suggestions for dinner, gave us a list as well of places close by. The location was excellent, close to the venue we were going to for a concert. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Would definitely would stay here again.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Simpsonville SC is our home away from home! We stay at this location each time we visit family. The handicapped room we request is always clean and comfortable.
