The bathroom was very clean and looked like it was newly remodeled. The room was very big and the beds were clean and comfortable. I was also glade that the TV was a good size, big enough to see from anywhere in the room, except the bathroom of course.

The breakfast was pretty much gone by the time my family got showered and made it downstairs, but thankfully they still had waffles a few packets of oatmeal and cereal. My room was supposed to have a pull out couch and instead just had a sitting chair so my kids had to all share one bed. Also, it would have been nice to have an extra side table for the kids to put their stuff on, and for someone to have turned the A/C on before we got there. We had to wait 30 minutes for the room to cool off when we arrived. It was very hot and muggy when we walked in. All minor things though.

The location was good breakfast was adequate. The lady who checked us in was polite and friendly. The gentleman who checked us out was not very talkative at all. Not very friendly Room amenities were nice. Liked the options in the shower.

The bathroom by the breakfast area had no soap and no toilet paper when I used it at breakfast time. Very disappointing. Should be stocked with supplies especially at that time of the day. There was no one at front desk to tell either.

The room was really clean. The bed is comfortable, and the linen is white. Pleasant smell in the room. It was a quiet and cozy place. The stuff is polite. The breakfast is simple, without omelets and meat. Only juice, coffee, muffins, cereals, yogurts, waffles. But that's enough for us.

There is no coffee machine in the room. The pool was closed in the evening. There was a guest laundry room behind the wall, and someone was doing laundry there all the time. It was noisy.

I love the fact that the housekeeper that was working on 11/25/23 by the name Autumn was more than helpful. There were no rags in the room upon arrival the previous day. However, there was an amazing housekeeper who went out her way to get those rags for us and she Took all the dirty towels and exchanged them for clean ones, autumn attitude, demeanor and personality was amazing. Our hotel room was so nice, clean and comfortable; It was close to everything there is a cookout Resturant in front of the and there’s also a waffle house. Everything is so close to one another however, if you are looking for a place to go relax only , this would be the place but the city doesn’t offer much, but this hotel was amazing.

I don’t like that the hotel staff slam doors early in the morning while you are trying to sleep, I don’t like the fact that breakfast is over at 9 am. I don’t like that you are not informed about a deposit .

First place I have stayed that had NO eggs of any kind or any breakfast meat. Nothing but carbs, sweet cereal, waffles,Bread, muffins and OJ. NO protein. Besides breakfast, Every thing was just great! Clean and comfortable.

Everything about breakfast could have been better. Lucky there is a Waffle house next door.

Conveniently located for visting Greenville. Room was comfortable and well equipped with a fridge and microwave. Swimming pool was good to have. Staff were very friendly and continental breakfast was basic but good.

Swimming pool wasn't always open at the designated opening hours.

The king size bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size.

The manager was very rude the 1st morning. We arrived to breakfast 8:50 thinking breakfast ended at 10:00. The staff had already begun closing the breakfast while we were getting our coffee. My husband went to make a waffle and was told he couldn't. Another guest was there wanting to make one as well. The manager proceeded to argue for 20 minutes that we could not make the waffles because it was closing. She told the other guest she was not going to listen to what he had to say!! Very unprofessional!! She finally decided we could have a waffle. It was so unnecessary for her to waste 20 minutes !!!

Staff very helpful and nice. Room very clean and spacious. Ideal location to everything I needed.... Thanks for the experience, We will be going back during this Cancer Trial Study that my husband is enrolled in over the next months...he doesn't want to keep doing Chemo, he's hoping this new trial will replace the Chemo. Pray for us, and God's healing him.

All good, would like some grits and toast for breakfast.

Loved the room but fould have had better seating for a couple / 2 people.

Bathroom toilet seat was a plastic cheap seat that was loose and plastic screws to tighten were stripped. Need seating for two people

The jacuzzi. It wasn't big enough for 2 people but there was plenty room for one. Very nice and relaxing. I live walking distance but I needed the relaxation and I definitely got it. Will definitely be going back.
